Greenview Royal Stay

This is located in a house. I rented the room in the ground floor during my visit to the near by hospital. The room was very clean and smelled very good. The bed linen, pillow were really clean on par with how some good hotels do. I definitely recommend the place.

One of the best property located in Edappally. Very neat & clean rooms bathrooms kitchen etc. The property manager is a simple and down to earth person. I strongly recommend this property to everyone reading this review.

I came from UAE to visit my friends studying in amrita, and i gotta say, it was very convenient as it was near the university, and also very cosy and comfortable. I stayed in the deluxe ac room and it was very clean. The bathroom was clean and the staff were honestly so nice. Mr sunil, the manager at the place was very welcoming and understanding. Tbh, you wont need to interact with the staff much, keep your trashbin outside ur door and they'll clean it for you, when leaving give them the key to the room and they'll clean up the bed and floor. Honestly i have had nothing to complain, and you can even ask for a slight discount if ur lucky when booking for over 2 weeks. I think imma make this my go to place whenever i visit kochi

Rooms are well maintained. Appliances seams to be new. Very close to Amrita Hospital. Service can be improved much more. Really loved it

Our short stay was budget-friendly and conveniently located. While the facilities were clean and well-maintained, the service was disappointing. The staff, particularly the receptionist, was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in accommodating our needs. Despite the positive aspects, the poor service significantly impacted our overall experience.

Recently my daughter had open heart surgery in Amrita Hospital. We took whole house for rent. Very easy access to hospital so we can cook and give to the mother for taking care the daughter. We nearly stayed for 3 weeks. Totally worth it. The manager sunil is very friendly and full fill whatever our need.
