Especially, The front office manager, Mr.Shoji Nambiar was exceptionally professional, courteous, and efficient. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly enhanced my stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our server greeted us with a smile and helped us choose dishes based on our preferences. The service was quick. The interiors are beautifully decorated with warm lighting, wooden furniture, and subtle Indian motifs. Soft music played in the background, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

Room in 9th floor with nice view of metro and good maintenance of swimming pool.. special mention about the restaurant and all the staffs..Had one dinner and 2 breakfast.. start with nicely blended juice, salad and different flavoured yogurt are felt smooth and healthy..all the dishes are authentic and tasty.. staffs especially Anas, Vaishnav, Anshad and Ananya were very helpful and responsive to our cues...Mr. Ajit in live counter made yummy masala omelette.. overall had delightful food with happy faces.. Thanks to the team..

We had a business meeting on Dinner. The food and the variety helped us to create good mood & vibes. The serving staff ,Mr. Aneesh & Miss Jonita were very good . They served the food well and explained us about the dishes on the Buffet. The food and staff is great !!!

Wow. Just wow is the best expression I can think of right now. I had a wonderful experience with the entire hotel staff right from the guard to any staff you see in the hotel. My room was fantastic, very very prompt service provided to me. The staff is highly skilled in their job. The location is the best part because it's very very near to the Kaloor metro station. All the market places are within the walking range. Speciall thanks to Ms. Chaiyanaya, she is the best person I met in the hotel, she helped me with information about surrounding area and a lot more.
