Crowne Plaza Kochi

My recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Cochin had its ups and downs. Starting with the positives, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the valet parking was equally hassle-free. The hotel's ambiance was beautiful, and the rooms were well-maintained, adding to a pleasant stay. The staff was generally friendly; however, a bit more training would enhance their service abilities. The restaurants were amazing, showcasing a variety of delicious dishes, and the overall hospitality, neatness, and cleanliness were commendable. One area that needed improvement was the smoking room. The ventilation was poor, making the room feel suffocating, and the exhaust never worked. Despite repeatedly requesting room service to address the issue, it was disappointing not to receive a follow-up or resolution. Additionally, the bar at the top floor was lacking in options, as many listed alcoholic beverages on the menu were unavailable. The explanations provided for this were unconvincing to us as guests. As an IHG member, I was intrigued by the small membership flag placed on our table. However, inquiring about its benefits led to confusion rather than clarity, as staff members did not have answers regarding its purpose. While I understand this is not a major complaint, it did leave me curious and a little disappointed as a member. Overall, while there were notable positives during our stay, addressing these areas could greatly enhance the guest experience.

Excellent service from Ms. Dipti and Radhika. We had a wonderful dinner at zoka restaurant. Food was delicious and cozy. Service was exceptional according to our fulfillment. Special thanks to Mr. Ragen and Mr. Ridhesh , Mr. Abraham ,Mr. Jinu That was a memorable moment for me. It was unforgettable. Excellent Stay - Highly Recommend! I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and offered a great view. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything I needed was provided, including fast Wi-Fi, toiletries, and a stocked minibar. The hotel facilities were top-notch -- the pool was clean and relaxing, and the fitness center had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options, both local and international. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and easy to access transportation. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and warm hospitality. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable hotel experience.

A Memorable Birthday Celebration at Crowne Plaza, Kochi Although I couldn't be there in person, I booked a stay at Crowne Plaza, Kochi, as a surprise gift for my dad's birthday -- and I must say, it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made! From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. I had requested a few special arrangements -- room decoration, a birthday cake, and a flower bouquet -- and everything was executed flawlessly. A special thanks to Shreya, who coordinated everything with such care and attention to detail. The room looked absolutely beautiful, and the birthday setup was just perfect. Also, a heartfelt shoutout to Roona from housekeeping -- her creativity and effort in decorating the room made it truly special. My dad, mom, and sister had a fantastic time and were genuinely happy -- I could see the joy on their faces through the photos and video calls.
