Booking.com has timings all messed up. Hotel has no basic toiletries except bath towels and a tiny piece of soap.

Hotel Is Not Good Don't Expect It was Peaceful and Relax able.It is horrible I found insects in the Room that too on bed

unable to find the property in the google map. Very difficult to find the property. Towel is not clean and no hot water. The window curtains were having stains and not cleaned properly. The bed was not comfortable. It looks like a really old one. There is no restaurant in the hotel or room service for food. There is no coffee maker in the room. very unclean bathroom. there's no water pressure in bathroom. The a/c had no remote control. It is set at a fixed temperature. No hangers in a worn out and dusty cupboard. The location was near to VSF Global. But there are some good hotels are there for cheap price. ||

The food is Delicious. But cannot enjoy as much because of the over crowded atmosphere. Seating capacity should be increased or some alternative solution should find to avoid being in long queue in front of dining tables

Reception staff was very rude and asked to pay extra. Also we booked through Booking.com and when we reached there tgey said all room were sold out. Bad experience.

Rooms are good. But the service of the front office and house keeping is awesome. And also the location of hotel is nearer to the south railway station. Hotel front office helped me to get a cab and they arranged me the tour package to visit ernakulam city and arranged the boat service in marine drive kochin. I'm honestly happy with the service of the hotel and staffs.

The worst hotel I ever seen. Totale waste. Not clean at all. Have bucks in the bedsheets. Toilet door is broken. Heater service is poor. The staff behaviour is rude. We complained to the staff but the staff not much react about this.
