Arctic Hotel

I had a wonderful experience at Arctic Hotel! The staff went above and beyond with their exceptional service. I especially appreciate their help in surprising my friend with a warm birthday wish -- it really made the moment special. The food was also delivered right on time, which added to the smooth and pleasant experience. Big thanks to the entire team for making our time there memorable!

Very Disappointing Experience I've been at Premium Bar frequently, and Himani and another girl have always provided excellent service, making it a great place to visit. However, my recent experience was terrible. The other staff had no coordination, and when I requested the bill, they added two beers I never ordered. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Management needs to address these issues immediately, or they'll lose loyal customers like me.

Nice place to hang out with friends and family. Recently they have started meals and it's very good. Traditional Kerala meals and serves fish fry also.

I am a senior citizen and went to the bar to have a drink with my friend. Ii was served the last drink at 10.40 pm. The bouncers came and wanted us to go out. I requested the bouncers to give me just 5 mins to leave the bar. But We were manhandled by the bouncers in the premium bar at 11.05 pm when we requested we will finish the last few sips in 2 minutes and go. Those bouncers caught hold of my collar and pushed us and slapped my friend also and finally pushed us inside the lift. Such a worst behaviour I have not seen in my life. After that there was no response from any staff . The duty manager was not available to take my calls too

The room looked nice and the bed was comfortable, but I could hear rats at one point in the wall squeaking and scratching. Also the staff on floor 2 where we stayed were talking loudly constantly (as in from 8pm - 3am) directly outside of my room and repeatedly slamming doors. To the point they woke me up multiple times despite me wearing ear plugs and deliberately turning the AC up loudly. ||We were also not provided with towels and had to ask 3 times for them.||For the price, the hotel is fine, but do not expect a higher quality stay.

One among the best Hotels in Kochi; Located right in the middle of city. Access to all sorts of mobility facilities. Neat and clean rooms. There are 3 Bars. The service and quality are excellent. Staff behaviour is the best.

An amazing place in the center of the city. The room is quite spacious and has all the amenities that one could need

My experience was very very bad.Very bad coordination and hospitality.we booked the hotel from noon 12 pm,and went for check -in on 8:15 pm evening after confirming booking.But till 10:30 pm the rooms were not alloted .2nd room was alloted at midnight 12:00am. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
