Rooms are comfortable and worth the money we pay for. But they are a little old. The bed could be bigger and more comfortable. But the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel location was good. We booked the property including breakfast. But there's no attached restaurant. No service on the property. We ordered coffee, and the manager said we would see it like that, almost we waited for one hour but they didn't deliver. The breakfast order was taken one day before, but we checked out from the room and stood near the reception at 9"0 clock. No one is there, 1 room service boy and manager sleeping in the ground floor room. We waited half an hour in the reception area. The manager told me sorry sir, we ordered nearby restaurant only but they didn't deliver, please wait 15 minutes. But we didn't eat we left the hotel.

My checkin was a terrible experience. When we made the booking, we ensured to call the hotel and request an early checkin, which at that time they agreed. On the day of checkin, when I arrived at the hotel, Staff - Justin stopped me asking if I have a booking before I could even enter the gate. Following which I entered the lobby where he sat down n told me checkin is at 12. I told him we called in advance and only then made reservations. He asked me very rudely and.accusingly to show proof of the calls and it's not possible that anybody agreed. After a horrible overnight travel, Justin did not even have courtesy to ask me to have a seat while he checked and sorted the issue. He even asked me.for my ID very rudely. Finally another staff Binu showed up and I showed proof of the calls made and they were unable to find it. Heir records were incomplete and they accused customer of lying. They made me wait in the lobby for one hour. I freshened up in the common washroom and it was absolutely a terrible check in experience. Tv channels were not working in the room until I informed and was recharged afte. Elevator broke down as well and we had to walk down for everything. Binu made sure to assist me whenever possible, checkin in to make sure i was doing ok. Breakfast was good. Overall not the experience and break I hoped for.

Arameka is a hidden gem of homestay place in the midst of panampilly nagar. The tariffs are affordable and the rooms are neat and clean. The best part is, you can take a walk to all the best eateries in panampilly nagar. It's cosy, it's neat and clean. But the staff needs to be trained properly. There seems to be a greedy guy in the reception, who is not an ethical guy and he can bring in loss to the organisation. He takes extra amount from the guests and accommodate them for extra hours.

I stayed there with my mother for two days. The place and rooms are very beautiful and kept extremely neat. During our stay, my mother unfortunately got fever. During this time, the staff and Arun himself was extremely helpful by providing her hot homemade food and took care of all our needs. Kudos to the staff and cook who were very caring! The place is very conveniently located in the city but still far away from the noise and traffic. I highly recommend this place. Make sure to drop in to French Loaf for yummy continental breakfast in adjacent lane.:-)

This cute and super clean hotel is in Vytilla, Kochi. The rooms are nice and the bathroom is super clean. They do not have a restaurant or food service inside the hotel but allow ordering from Zomato/Swiggy. The staff was fast in solving any requests we had. Very affordable and nice stay.

I had an awesome experience. Sparkling clean rooms, homely, very neat. Mr. Arun was very kind. The service boy is also very condusive. Overall had a 2nights excellent stay. Coming back again the next week officially and has pre booked for the coming stay.
