Abad Atrium Hotel

I have stayed in this hotel for 10 days. Service is excellent Food is fantastic Room service is great I wanted to give 5 star. But there are few problems about the room. 1. Air condition is not effective and very noisy. It affects the sleep 2. There is no 2nd bedside table. we had to use a chair as a bedside table. A four star hotel with one bedside table? 3. The another big problem is, The window glass is masked with plastic filament so there is no view to outside. It creates claustrophobia. When we stay there for more days it is a big issue.

From the moment I arrived, their warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. Decent hotel with a convenient location in the heart of the city. The rooms were clean and adequately equipped, though they felt slightly dated. Staff were courteous and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and stay. The breakfast spread was satisfactory but could use more variety. Parking is limited, which might be a challenge for guests with vehicles. Overall, a good option for a short stay if you're looking for accessibility and affordability.

Good hotel for both the business executives and tourists.Building structure is in atrium style. Rooms have decent space and all the amenities provided. Situated on MG road; the center part of the city. Clean rooms and good food.Some of the phone chargers required multipin since it cannot be inserted in the sockets in rooms due to its frame.

My husband and I recently stayed here for 2 nights during our 17 day tour of India and it was the best hotel we stayed at in India. The staff were fantastic. They helped us without question with anything we needed. The room was adequate and clean.

Recently I stayed in this hotel . I liked it . But there should be a ceiling fan & the bathroom should be renovated & remove bathtub & convert it into normal bathing area . Because of having bathtub it becomes to conjusted .

Here for 2 nights the staff are friendly the hotel is cellar & cozy. Breakfast not must varieties but sufficient and the F&B Manager Mr Alex is friendly helpful & polite ensure we are promptly attend to our needs..was so impressive by his work ethic . Will recommend friends to stay at this hotel if visiting Cochin value for money
