Royal Beach Abode

We stayed this place for 2 days for family holidays. Owner family have so much hospitality and you really feel you are at home in the great beach front. They are too kind to support us for airport transfer too. The place is quiet and nice to relax. And there are nice backwater near by and you can see traditional fish nets. I want to bicycle here next time and I will definitely come back. Recommend to stay.

It was simple and pleasant to stay in such a calm and awesome stay. We as a family went to royal beach abode for a weekend, without any prior idea about this place. But we satisfied 200% with this simple, neat and beautiful stay. Special thanks to this place owner Mr.Joslin Robert. Such a kind and genuine person. He understood the needs and delivered it without any hesitation. Morning breakfast was quiet impressive with typical kerala style. Simple and satisfied stay. Enjoyed with comfort. Worth for money

Nestled right on Sea front I stayed at Robert's Abode in Kochi. As a solo rider I always look for home made food and here, I must say, I hit the jackpot. Wonderful couple ( family) took care of every small bit of my requirements. While leaving they observed that I'm not having drinking water and they gave mineral water bottle complementary.

This property is beach front, hosts are super friendly and home cooked breakfasts. Enjoyed the stay here.

One of the best and budget stays near kumbalingi. If someone wants to stay in beach sides in kochi, i will surely recommend this place. Food and hospitality is best. It was run by a family. All aminities are available. U will love the sunset view from this stay. Food Service Privacy Facilities

The rooms are very good and clean with Very good ambience in good location, Room staff was very polite, In online we are seeing price was 2500 for 2 members but they charged minimum amount for 4 members and the stairs are not amicable for Senior citizens to climb up. Each stair height is more than the normal stair height. Finally the summary was Coming to room It is a single room with 2 beds for 4 members with single attached bathroom but we can adjust upto 6 members for each bed 3 members.

Extremely bad reviews I would give! Absolutely no help by any body to carry luggage upstairs, the stairs are not amicable for Senior citizens to climb up which is not mentioned in the reviews before. Each stair height is more than the normal stair height, the host did not even get up nor any help was provided for the Senior citizens to being their luggage downstairs early morning the place is full of mosquitoes and cockroaches.

It was a wonderful experience... Rooms are very clean and well maintained.. The owner Mr Joslin Robert was very kind , friendly and helpful...The service was excellent... They are providing homely delicious food... The location was amazing, peaceful and beautiful. No words to express my satisfaction because it was really unforgettable days ...Once again thank you so much
