Lucas Beach House

It was an amazing experience with my whole family, the property is one of the most luxurious and budget friendly seashore properties in Kochi. The two most exciting part is there is a hidden beach just 50 meters from the property where we enjoyed a lot, we were total 13 members including children. they provided extra bed, pillows.Another thing is the location is close to FORT KOCHI and KUMBALANGI village ,we explored both the places in a shortest period of time .I want to appreciate and thanks to the Host, host helped us through out the day without charging any extra money, he has put a lot of effort for barbecue preparation must appreciate his effort. Absolutely amazing home stay. Had a memorable stay there with friends. Attention to detail is outstanding. Staff is very hospitable and helpful all the time. View from the room is to die for. Next to sea bed and with nice ambiance. Rooms are large, and the bathroom is well equipped. Amenities are superb. I would highly recommend Lucas Beach House.

Terrific place by the sea. Very well done up. Nice little Courtyard where you can have a game of footsie,volleyball or set up a barbecue(which the caretaker provides for a nominal charge) Nice rooms spacious enough for a group of 6-8 adults. Perfect place for a nice little weekend outing.

Very impressed and happy with the place. Very neat and tidy. The property is just a 5m from the sea with the best sea view possible. Affordable and the host is very friendly and helpful. Definitely will come again.
