The room location was absolutely mind-blowing! The owner was kind enough to offer me an affordable price since I stayed for 3-4 days. They also provided a complimentary breakfast, while lunch was available at an additional cost. The room itself was very spacious, which was great. However, cleanliness was a bit of a concern--the room wasn't well-maintained, and it seemed like the blankets and bath towels weren't cleaned properly after use. That was the only drawback. Other than that, everything was good!

This may be the best secluded place with nature at its glory. If you need to go away from everything and just chill for a min or spend time with your loved ones or wanna be alone. This is it. I stayed extra days because I couldn't get more peace than this place.

Dont get disheartened with the front view of the property. Rooms face the water. Quiet and serene, no mosquitoes. This is the place if you love fish, prawns and just inform the owner (Mr. Bennan) before arrival about your food preference. Good for weekend getaways and get togethers. Fits the budget. Overall I was happy with the place.

The care taker guy Lucky bhai was really helpful. The rooms are well maintained and neat. They had big bathrooms which was also kept very clean. They provided us with towels and soap. Almost all the windows have mosquito nets. The bedrooms have AC and wooden cupboard. We had booked 2 rooms for 6 people. We had a BBQ setup near the verandah on the waterfront side. The kitchen had a sliding window on the same side, so we could keep everything inside the kitchen slab and still access them from outside. Parking facility is available only for 2 or 3 cars by the plot besides the road. There a police station nearby so there is the added security of constant police patrol through the main road. The roads were in perfect condition when we visited.

Helo. i booked this Home stay for 01 Night. Good Room and bath room. Clean. The room has one Dining Room Too with dining Table. good view of back water too. fish farm too.||has a kitchen too . nice helpful staff boy and owner too. time to time serve food and tea coffee on your request on reasonable rates .||location 15 km. from The canter but nice peaceful .||Thanks||Sandra

The owner and his son both are fake they simply take the advance after the payment they will show different property in the last ||I feel they are the not the real owner of the property itself. One day before we checkin they say all these ||They do fraud.. in the last movement we didn't got the rooms now.. ||I suggest not goo to these property these property is fake don't waste your money and time

The place is a 15 minute ride from Fort Kochi. Beautiful location right by a small lake. The rooms were clean and simple. The host and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also arranged a boat ride for us in the lake.
