From the moment we stepped into the beautifully arranged candlelight dinner setup at Airlink Castle Hotel, Angamaly, as a part of our anniversary, it felt like a dream. The ambiance was so good - soft lighting, elegant decor, romantic vibe- which in overall gave us a memorable evening.|The staff was incredibly attentive and courteous, making us feel special throughout. Each shot was thoughtfully taken, reflecting the joy and warmth of the evening.|Now, the food - simply outstanding! From starters to dessert, every dish was bursting with flavor. |Overall, it was an unforgettable experience filled with love, laughter, and luxury. Great location, although it was far from the heart of the city but still very accessible from airport to let's say Fort Kochi. Very good atmosphere and rooms were clean and very comfortable. |Particularly loved the restaurant, their food was amazing, especially for someone coming from North India, loved the food they made and it was a welcome treat.|Staff was courteous and helpful, even in the restaurant they were very accommodating.

The rooms were very nice. We especially enjoyed the hospitality. The staff was very calm and helpful. I thoroughly recommend stay in Airlink. ||P.S The hotel is vey near to airport so that really helps if you have long flight and really want nice place to rest.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and well mainted. Creating an relaxing environment. Staffs was incredibly friendly and helpful especially staff named Anjana stephy and indu was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of our stay offering a wide variety of delicious and fresh options

In the past two months, I have hosted three events with the Airlink Team, and each experience has been exceptional. The hotel staff was professional, attentive, and ensured that everything ran smoothly. The facilities were well-maintained and met all our needs perfectly. A special thanks to Mr. Shaijan GR, the Duty Manager, for his outstanding support in coordinating all hotel-related matters. His assistance made the entire process seamless. Highly recommended!

This hotel was in fairness undergoing some construction work. However our windows had no locks making it very noisy throughout the night.we also had an 8am call to remind is to leave at 12pm .final small thing we felt things were perhaps on a tight budget ,with little bits of sell in what you might expect complimentary. The staff however were very pleasant .i think with a little more consideration of a guests prospective this could be much improved upon
