OYO 15544 Edassery Blue Bells

Very disappointed with my stay at Edassery Blue Bells. The bathroom was dirty, and shockingly, there were cigarette butts left in the toilet closet. The AC in the room was not working, making the stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the receptionist was extremely rude when we reported these issues. Cleanliness and basic hospitality were completely lacking. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I recently stayed at a hotel and had a mostly pleasant experience. The parking facilities were ample, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, and unlike many hotels, the TV was fully functional with an active dish connection. The in-house restaurant served authentic and delicious food, but ordering was challenging if you only know English or Hindi. Thankfully, the reception staff assisted with placing orders, which was helpful. A couple of things stood out as unusual. The hotel provided RO water in use-and-throw bottles instead of packed drinking water, which some may find inconvenient. Additionally, the payment policy for room service required immediate payment upon delivery, and the charges excluded GST. Overall, it was a good experience, with highlights being the authentic food, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms, though improvements could be made in the ordering process, water service, and payment system.

The room has a clean and spacious appearance. Despite this, the bed cover and pillow cover were not clean. The bath towel is dirty as well. I'm willing to pay more as long as the quality of the product is improved.

To be honest prince is one of the finest in angamalli the tourist can get. The accomodation and the food is very well likely to be enjoyed by tourists. Also it provides a good facility for arranging any functions like marriage ceremony. Most of all the food and beverage is top notch,neatness and the well behaved and respected approach of the staff also adds to the beauty.

This hotel staff and owner behaving in a completely disrespectful manner. No one should go here, especially people in the tourism industry.

Located near Ankamaly vegetable and pig market. I went to the AC bar in ground floor What I feel is edassery group is not interested in running this business. I have been to their bar in kalmaserry also . They have a bar for nipp in ground floor there but the AC bar option is very poorly run. Same in Ankamaly also The service boys are always in phone . Edassery bar near KSRTC in Ankamaly also looks shoddy (beer and wine)

Although the hotel was very easy to find. Very quiet ambience. Room was not that specific clean.I bet you get very tasty food and drinks from the restaurant and bar via room service. Make sure they don't charge extra money for the rooms rather than you booked at online websites.

Great well maintained spacious rooms, Total value for money. Just 6 kms away from Cochin airport.
