The staff went above and beyond to make every moment special, always with a smile. The location is ideal, close to major attractions yet peaceful. The coffee shop was perfect for relaxation. Very much disappointed with the Front desk customer service. I was there accompanying guests to attend a function. We had a bulk booking of 6 rooms through Agoda.Even though I was not staying there, was really taken aback the way the Reception Manager communicated with the guests. The Manager should have known the basics of hospitality.

Very rude receptionist her name is Ahalia as she said. We had booked 6 rooms for a marriage function. Her behavior to the guest is not at all professional. Not 28 only 15 guests stayed. Others were part of a travel to accommodate the people who stayed. 1 room 1 identity card is mandatory. Why ask for more.

Had a dine out with my friends at Cafe Luciano and the service was really good. Food was also satisfactory & shout out to Selvin from F&B department for his exceptional service and good communication skills. Will definitely recommend the cheesecake here. Worth the money.

Came to attend wedding nearby ...bulk booking was done ..inspite that the front office lady staffs arrogant behaviour was intolerable...made us wait 90 mins for check in....asked our female colleagues to change dress in lobby or pay 900 for dress change in rooms already booked ...she's not trained for an establishment like this ..pls do needful for betterment
