Worsest experience ever I had in my life during a hotel stay. Stinky rooms and very unhygienic and pathetic toilet. Floor, even the bucket and mug provided was very dirty. We felt really weird and hesitant even to touch it. Closet was also in the same dirty condition.(Blackish discoloration and dirt all over). Drainage smell was really disgusting and we couldn't sleep well in the room because of it.cockroaches were running here and there in the room and the bathing towel provided by them was dirty. The staff there was not ready to turn on the generator at the time of power cut until we approached them for it.

Stayed here as no other rooms were available in the vicinity. A dust filled room with an AC which is older than me. Apparently it cools the room only if we pay respect to it. The room was not sufficient to accommodate three, they just put an extra bed in a room which is clearly for two. The toilet was an ancient one, with state of the art hybrid toilet( a mix of european and indian). Overall a very bad experience, no one should visit

Not good for family to stay .no neatness.no basic aminities. We booked and payed the amound but after seeing the room and toilet felt like vomiting we check out the same day itself without staying .

Very old lodging facility, with out dated equipments and congested rooms

Rooms are okay. Can be improved a bit. But the manager is great, very humble and very helpful. I checked out from my room two hours late than the time decided. Even then he did not charge me anything extra.

The Thettayil Residency is a a low priced average hotel ! Pros : -Located on the Main Road at Paravoor Kavala -Near to Airport -Spacious rooms -Great Manager -Cheap -Travel is easy Cons : -No-single rooms -No-restaurants -Far from the city and railway station -Its a good choice is you want to go light on your pocket-

The lodging is located at the right place and easily accessible from Aluva metro and railway station. The rooms looks normal but you are also always accompanied by cockroaches.
