Rajaji Residency

Not very clean, bad smell in the rooms, cash is very much more, toilet is clean

Near to Railway station. Didn't allowed to see the room before payment.So I did nt booked.

12/05/2024 afternoon I called to reception and booked a single room and told arrival time will be 1.00am 13/05/2024 from Cochin Airport. After reached ur residency, Reception person told that room is NOT AVAILABLE and gave it to some one in favour. He's cheating that I have cancelled the room booking by my 2nd call. Actually I didn't called and cancelled. In this night time, how can I search another Room for stay. u broken ur trust and respect too... Very very worst behaviour and unacceptable one. Don't do this again for anybody like u done it for me. You are Very irresponsible .

It was a night stay for a 1 person like me. And I found this dormitory or hotel is very pocket friendly like a student or medium worker dormitory has ac and non AC room. Room is perfect for single person wider bathroom and wifi available ( but range is low if you are try to connect from room) outside is good. I'm attaching video for your reference. So I really like this place calm and peaceful.

Awesome rooms cleaned and proper sanitized. And its furnitures are good in room clean and i strongly recommend it i stayed 4 days here just near to railway station and ksrtc bus stand by walk you can reach in 30 sec.

Aluva Railway station and Kstrc bus stand are just near this lodge. The rooms are okey. You just need good bargaining skills to get the room in an effective price

it's an old building but maintained in good condition. Rooms are good, single room for 600 per day is available. It's near to the railway station

Its very near to Railway and Bus station. For people like us coming by train, access to airport and to go Cusat its a transit point. Very cheap and best with good service. Quite peaceful for families too.
