Nice Oyo room I used so far.. The property manager is so friendly..Room is so nice..toilet is neat and clean. Homely atmosphere..good for family stay..

Neat and clean room with all basic necessities including a common kitchen. Near to Aluva town. But parking facility is available only for bikes.
Nice ambience. Small rooms with relatively large bathrooms. Close to the railway station
Place is Clean and Quite good for this price Range. Only discomfort is covers on Beds.
They will not pick the phone intentionally. But the room is very neat.
