Madaparambil Residency

It was a good experience. The rooms are very big and neat. The location is around 200 meters from Aluva Railway station. The service was okay. Was able to book the room under short notice.

Pathetic service. WiFi not working. In fact not getting connected with the password shared by reception staff. Dirty towels were placed in the room, requested to chaged the towel and almost similar dirty towels were provided again. Had to purchased towel from outside. If you want to spoil your money, visit this place.

I have booked a Non Ac room in this hotel. I am very surprised after entering into Non Ac room and found room was very neat and clean, no bad smell, Provided Quality cot and new bed spreadsheet, mosquito nets in windows, TV, water bottle with towel and soap are available. Bathroom is also neat and clean with Western toilet, Geyser and big size bath shower normally not available in Non AC rooms of other hotels in my travelling experience. I thought initially hotel receptionist alloted AC room mistakenly but later found no AC in the room. Good experience in God's own country. Location is also good, just 100 meter opposite to Aluwa Railway Receptionist Mr Santhosh also guided me to reach my work location. Nice feel.

Staffs of the hotel were so helpful. It has a homely atmosphere. I will surely request all of you to come here

The rooms were near and clean.The location was ideal - close enough to the railway station and ksrtc bus stand for better travelling.The rate is a bit high but it's worth it.

We stayed at this hotel only for a day as it was closer to the airport. The hotel is old but renovated. Rooms are spacious and staff is also quite good. The prices were also lower. Really a value for money!

We are five members accommodate in one family room with additional beds, Very clean room , toilet extra clean, fully satisfied with good rate and there behavior.
