I recently stayed in a room booked through Oyo, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The receptionist demanded an additional 500, which I had to pay as it was late at night and there were no alternatives available. The room conditions were unacceptable--there was no lock on the door, and the premises were littered with liquor bottles outside the rooms. The room and bedsheets were filthy, and the cleanliness was non-existent. When I raised these issues with the receptionist, his response was unprofessional and dismissive, suggesting that I cancel the booking rather than providing any solution. I strongly advise against booking this hotel.

Very dirty rooms. Staff behaviour is very arrogant. I can't suggest anyone this stay.one mr.Anadhu he is very bad behaviour to customer. He is asking pay more amount for me. I booked a room for 556 rupees from oyo application . But he asking me 700rs.and he said to me talk to customer care.

I stayed at this property last week, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I strongly urge everyone to avoid booking this place. The hotel is a complete scam. The receptionist demanded extra cash beyond the amount I had already paid through the Oyo app. It felt like they intentionally trap guests, especially those arriving late, knowing they have no other options at that hour. The images shown on the Oyo app and Google are completely misleading and do not reflect the reality. The actual condition of the hotel is appalling. The room was filthy, with dirty bedsheets and spider webs everywhere. There was no lock on the room door or the bathroom, which made my family and me feel incredibly unsafe. The attitude of the receptionist was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, he was dismissive and seemed completely indifferent to the problems I faced. The environment was so uncomfortable and unhygienic that I decided to leave early the next morning, cutting my stay short. This is not just poor service--it's outright exploitation of guests. The property is unsafe, unhygienic, and completely unsuitable for anyone, especially families. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs.

Very bad experience i booked ac room but there full of non ac rooms fan is not working. I didn't sleep thath night no drinking water no towels and room is very bad don't choose this property. There is not delivery zepto,big basket, . Room is clean but stairs and hall is very dirty. And i staf asked more money very bad experience

Very very worst service. Don't book this rooms. yesterday iam booking this room for online Goibibo app. And rooms very very poor service worst room keys not available staffs not responsible. Goibibo customer service side don't support for me.. totally my money waste

Bed was comfy. Not peak hygiene not peak shabby. Owner and manager were chill to us. If next time to near UC College gonna stay here. Looks like they took some actions on the negative reviews. For the Price Okay Experience. (two bachelors, 3 day stay, was roaming till night time)

!!!!!!I booked on 25th January and paid online, because they were demanding to pay as the room will be filled, I paid . When I reached the hotel they said rooms are full and paid me back. I called the customer support still I am not refunded. I want my money back Immediately attention on this pls . Be who so ever it is , get my money refunded ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wtfff hotel is this.... Really bad experience. Rooms are fking baad.Hotel itself got a bad smell. I stayed for 1 night, couldnt sleep,bed smell of urinee. Receptionist is really bad. They dont got a cleaning staff.Recepetionist itself clean rooms. Never choose this hotel.
