Booked a property in Aluva town with OYO and made payment. On checking confirmation on the way from Trivandrum they say that the said property is overbooked. Off course, instead they arranged this property at a higher rate. We don't have any other options as it was already 10 pm. Around 20 stairs, no lift. Staff behaved with arragent attitude as we were refugees. Room doesn't have a towel rod, plates or even glass. Bathroom not clean no towel rod, water heater and exhaust fan. No Wi-Fi, parking and room service. I haven't seen such rooms with OYO before. So I strongly recommend that never even think of this hopeless property even if you are in an emergency.

Bathroom is smelly, not properly cleaned, exhaust fan not working, lights not working, no power backup, location is good but everything else is pathetic
Worst place with worst rooms and worst services. When I went there for an exam the place didn't even had electricity for hours. I had to get a refund and go to a nearby hotel later.
