7 THE BUSINESS HOTEL

The hotel facilities were top-notch. I had the chance to experience the room and it truly enhanced my stay. The staff were incredibly attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Overall, my stay was nothing short of fantastic. Whether for a short getaway or an extended visit, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for quality service, beautiful accommodations, and a memorable experience.

Not really a proper 3star property. No restaurant and poor hospitality. Basic amenities in room like tea/milk powder missing and not provided even after informing. Bad smell from bathroom in room. Property also adjacent to other houses/bank and lacking privacy. Not value for money and will not recommend especially for family

The rooms was clean but i didnt get any hot water....even the second time. I stayed here. They told me ..they dont any toileteries kit which leave me disappointed...but the room were kept clean and neat..

Good Rooms and the attender at the reception was always available and kind to help. The hotel is right above the federal bank and few minutes walk from metro station. Ideal for a night stay if you are en route. One issue which we faced is AC which took long time to get cooling and no hot water available.

I stayed there 2 days ago and had a great experience. The rooms, service, and hospitality were good. The boy at the reception deserves a special mention for helping us with getting food, arranging a cab, etc.

My booking for delux room on 27th dec 2024. The room was 1007. Due to long journey, i reached the hotel at night around 11.30 pm. My room AC was functioning but no cooling at all. Informed reception, but of no use. The receptionist told me that the hotel was fully booked and no available technicians at night to repair the AC. Oh come on yar , i am paying for the service, and you were least bothered to check it up before checkin. As I was completely exhausted due to continuous driving, I couldnt sleep a wink due to the heat. This shows that the manager of this hotel is not bothered of us customers at all. Their job is to verify each service and amenities they provide to customers and ensure it before checkin and handing over the key to us. Rather than expecting us to inform you the shortfalls and the trying to resolve. We are coming there expecting a good stay expecting the facilities you promised and not coming there to point out that this is not working or that is not working. And later the next morning there was no running hot water. The elctric kettle provided was also broken. So no moring coffee or good shower. I didn't inform them. What more can i expect from them when i couldn't sleep the previous night. Never again i will visit here again. All those who have already booked. Make sure you call them and ask them to verify if everything is in working condition before you checkin. At least they could have said, sorry sir, we will make sure not to have anymore loose ends. Pathethic!!!

First of all they have 2 staffs at the reception,one is a malayali girl staff and other is a north indian.When we arrived for checkin the girl was silent and the north indian is dealing with us, he is behaving in a way that he is the owner and he is paying us to stay in that hotel.I have verbally told my complaint to that malayali girl and she is like ok.. horrible experience from the checkin itself.. Management of this hotel should consider my suggestion to keep a well trained staff in the reception and teach them how to behave to a guest

Had a great stay with my family last night. Rooms and services were really good.
