I had a wonderful evening at this resort while attending a family friend's event. The ambiance was inviting and relaxing, making it a perfect setting for gatherings. Average experience.rooms are average nice 6/10.food is 8/10 not so bad.location is bit in area 5/10.not so much resort ambience..but good for nothing..average good one .one talking about encouraging kids 10/10.

The stay was good but the bathroom was quite uncomfortable with no lock for the bathroom door and water was always leaking from the flush tank. The room and bed are high quality. Service is good provided 3 extra beds for a double room.

I recently stayed at The Zerai Resort with my friends. We donot expect to have resort like this in a remote location. We were blown away by the amenities and hospitality. The resort had a stunning pool that was perfect for lounging in on hot days, and there was also a natural water body that was surrounded by lush greenery. The view was breathtaking and it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hospitality at the resort was top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. They were also very knowledgeable about the area and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and see. In addition to the amenities and hospitality, the service at the resort was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the utmost care and respect. Every request we had was promptly attended to, and the staff made sure that we had everything we needed. Overall, our stay at the resort was an absolute pleasure. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. The amenities, hospitality, and service were all top-notch and we can't wait to return in the future.

Had been here for my daughter's birthday celebration. The Zerai team arranged the event and facilities really well. They took complete care of decorations, food and snacks. The ambience is really nice especially for an evening party.

Went there to attend a meeting. It is a bit away from the main road. Parking is available but a bit limited. The staff is friendly and helpful. The ambience is nice and facilities are good. There is a pool and outdoor seating available. They have a nice hall too.
