Please don't rely on paid reviews. The contact person, Graison, tends to make false promises. The place isn't worth the 1500 per day charge. While the exterior looks appealing, the interiors resemble a hostel. They also charge an additional 500 for early check-in. You can find much better options in this price range

We paid 1700 for an ac double room. We contacted the property directly and booked it. While booking I was told that breakfast is also included. After reaching the destination they said breakfast is not included for those who book directly. They provide breakfast only for people who make booking through online platforms. Other than the location there's nothing to vouch for in this place .

we stayed here for two days. had a good experience. the rooms were neat and clean. they have maintained the place very well. As we were new to this place, Mr kannan was was a good guide for us. The room service was very good.

Very nice experience at the Nila Stay Emirates. Mr Graison and Mr Kannan were very supportive and helpful. Very good breakfasts were provided and they are 24 hrs available for any assistance.

This is where I used to stay every time I come to office. The rooms are neat and clean. The security staff(Graison and the other person who I don't know the name) and the cleaning staff are friendly and cordial to the guests which makes us come back to the property whenever there's a room needed near Technopark.

Had a very nice experience at the Nila Stay Emirates. The help and assistance by Mr Kannan and Mr Graison was very appreciated. Would definitely take accomodation here for the next visit.
