We had an amazing stay at the hotel! Everything was perfect, from the comfortable rooms to the delicious food. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special shoutout to Vishnu, who served us with exceptional hospitality. His attentive and friendly service truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay

Location is near to techno park phase 1 , there services are good. Overall I have good experience with Ginger hotel. Rooms are little small but well arranged. Breakfast buffet is good . Indian foods are there. Vishnu from Ginger helped me choose foods and services in better way. Thanks to Vishnu and appreciated.

Loved the food. Especially the pancakes. The hotel staff are nice and they always have a smile on their face. However The rooms are a little small and the wardrobe has barely any privacy. Overall this hotel was good but I would not recommend it for big families. This is because my parents could not sleep because the beds were to small. Minor issues but great overall!

Ginger Hotel in Trivandrum is conveniently located within walking distance of Technopark Phase 1, making it a suitable choice for business travelers. However, the rooms are quite small and narrow, including the toilet area, which may not be comfortable for a long stay or for families. For a short stay of one or two days, especially for a solo traveler, it serves the purpose. The complimentary breakfast is a highlight, offering a good variety of options. While the hotel has a restaurant, the food is on the expensive side and tastes average. A notable downside is the internet policy--only two devices can connect for free, and additional devices require extra payment. On the positive side, the service is excellent, with polite and helpful staff ensuring a pleasant experience. Overall, while the hotel is decent in terms of service and location, the small rooms and additional charges make it feel less value for money.

Quite and compact. The food is also great if you are working from hotel. Amir has helped choosing the best food at hotel. It's approachable to all IT parks near and near to Lulu makes it easy for a quick shopping if you are in Trivandrum. Found this place quite good for affordable business trips

The food was very tasty and very neatly served. We had dragon chicken which was yummy. Also we bought two combos. Ghee rice with beef roast and Ghee rice with chicken roast. daal curry was served along. Daal curry was very tasty. Beef roast was more tasty compared to chicken roast.|Mr.Mog was our table server and he was too nice to take care us.

Though I've passed by the hotel many times. Its my first time staying here. To start with the room. When I arrived the only available room was for Rs 3584/- inclusive of taxes. But to my surprise the room did not even have a single toothbrush or toothpaste there. I've stayed at much cheaper hotels which provided things like these. Next to the food ordered, Kerala options was not much here, but the one we ordered was Roti amd chicken curry. Roti was vert small amd chicken curry was another disaster. Everything on the menu was overpriced compared to the quantity and quality of the food provided. The only good thing I felt regarding this hotel was it's location & Amble car parking space. Also they do not provide breakfast along with stay option. We can ofcourse go to their Restaurant and have food. From my personal experience I'm not going to this hotel again.
