The customer service was very poor. They didn't provide a dental kit in the room. When requested, they gave only one for 2 persons. May be the room service expected us to use the same dental kit for both. Moreover, the room is not worth 3.5K which we pay. It's a very normal room with a mini size toilet. It's just that the property is built in the middle of some trees and they project it as a resort.

My time at Avoki turned out to be rather unsatisfactory. The service did not meet expectations, and the management was mostly inadequate. The manager was bothersome and of no help, along with issues like a shaky toilet seat and a dirty pool lacking essential amenities. The focus appeared to be on boosting profits instead of ensuring that guests enjoyed their stay, indicating that service was not a main concern. Overall, it was a dirty and unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this place.

Excellent hotel with value for money. Location is good. The hotel staff is courteous. Rooms are new, specious and have all the amenities. Their swimming pool is big and clean. We enjoyed the pool with the kids. Breakfast is good in terms of variety and quality. The only con is that the buffet breakfast gets finished early and very few items are available after 930am.

The check-in process could have been smoother, and there was a slight delay in getting our room ready. The food at the in-house restaurant was okay, not exceptional, but manageable if you're not too picky. A wider variety in the menu and quicker service would definitely enhance the dining experience. Facilities like the pool and outdoor spaces were maintained decently, but nothing that really stood out as exceptional. It's a good place if you're looking for a short, peaceful getaway without expecting a luxury experience. In summary, Avoki Hotel and Resort offers a decent stay for the price, but with a few tweaks in service and attention to detail, it could offer a much better guest experience.

We booked tripple rooms. But the rooms was double coated. At checkin time they told, extra bed will be provided. When we asked for extra bed, they needed extra payment 1500 + tax. Their behavior was very bad also. I think many of the 5/5 reviews are fake reviews. They themselves put 5/5 reviews.

A calm and peaceful stay with a wonderful ambience. The warm hospitality and attentive staff made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. It was an experience worth cherishing, leaving me with a sense of contentment. The property is well maintained, though there's always room for improvement. I'm extremely disappointed with Avoki's hospitality. The management, led by Jishnu, seems unprofessional and uncaring about customer satisfaction.|I booked five rooms for my family, confirming we'd need extra beds for some rooms. But when we arrived, the beds weren't there. Jishnu demanded extra charges when we asked for help late at night, despite prior confirmation.|This was stressful, especially with elderly and young family members. We had to share beds, which wasn't ideal.|The resort's hygiene was also poor. The swimming pool was dirty and had insects, and we had to ask multiple times for basics like towels and toothpaste.|Other guests had similar issues, but Jishnu wasn't available to address them. It's clear Avoki prioritizes profits over guests' needs.|I strongly advise against booking here, especially since they require full payment upfront. Be prepared for poor service once they've got your money.|Avoki isn't a good choice for a relaxing getaway.

I had a wonderful stay at Avoki resort! The service was excellent right from the moment I arrived. As requested, they provided a room with a strong internet connection, which was perfect for my needs. The room also offered a stunning view--waking up to that every morning was a real treat. The resort's location is calm and beautiful, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing, and the restaurant served delicious food with a nice variety of options. Special mention to the manager Shameer and the staff--they were all highly professional, attentive, and friendly throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
