We had a truly delightful stay with exceptional service throughout. Our 3-year-old toddler had a wonderful time, especially enjoying the playful rabbits roaming freely and splashing around in the pool. The food was delicious, and the room service was prompt and efficient. The staff were incredibly attentive and supportive--they went above and beyond to help us celebrate our child's birthday, even staying back after their shifts to make it special. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for a quiet, peaceful, and family-friendly staycation.

A pleasant stay with a fairly good service. Our 4 year old toddler had a good time having rabbits and cats running around. The property also has a small play area for kids. Although there is a swimming pool we couldn't use it as it was fully occupied by big groups all th time. The food and the room service facilities are decent. Attentive staff and overall a good option for a quiet and peaceful family staycation.

I had a great experience at Le Candles Resort. The food quality was excellent, and the presentation was impressive. Terrible Experience - Not Worth the Money! I had a very bad experience at Le Candle Resort. The pool was extremely small, dirty, and definitely not what you'd expect from a resort. The electricity kept going on and off during our stay, which was frustrating. The TV didn't work, and even the AC gave us problems -- we had to call the reception 2 to 3 times just to get it fixed. Worst of all, the water stopped while we were bathing! There was absolutely nothing entertaining to do -- no games, no activities -- it didn't feel like a resort at all. Overall, it was a complete letdown. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at this hotel. The services provided were top-notch, and the restaurant, truly exceeded our expectations with its delightful dishes and welcoming ambiance. A special mention goes to Lijo, who was incredibly helpful and treated us with the care and warmth of family. His attentiveness and dedication made our stay even more memorable. Rooms are good, took double bed room villa Food not up to mark the chicken Fried rice and chicken noodles we doubt were of good quality. Also it's far from calicut town , so our recommendation eat from calicut town Room ambience is good but some times frog comes to the living room via the open grill. Also the living room is open and steps to the balcony is steel as no door for balcony. Staff is good service is excellent

Boutique hotel in the hills beyond Calicut. We were lucky to have this hotel, garden and pool almost to ourselves. ||We splashed out on the Sunset villa at the top and the views were spectacular. ||The garden terraced on a steep rise is beautiful and well maintained. The pool is small but surrounded by tropical leaves. ||Although the menu was a bit of a disappointment and I wondered if some things were microwaved, we did have some very tasty dishes, the pineapple chat and Hawaiian salad were delicious as was the chicken biriyani, the western menu less so. ||I loved the cats particularly the 3 Persians. My only complaints were, it is in a very special natural environment and the plastic water bottles felt out of place and unnecessary, also the restaurant had music on continually with a very heavy bass that could be heard by the pool, but the charming staff did turn it off when we used the restaurant. Management was attentive and helpful in organising a taxi to the airport. ||Definitely recommended.

Deluxe rooms are well-appointed and comfortable. Garden view rooms are relatively smaller in size. Rabbits are kept in a cage, which is not ideal as animals should not be confined for human entertainment. The service and staff are good. Thank you.
