Kairali Heritage River Side Resort

We, a team of 65 Air Force veterans with family, recently visited Kairali Heritage in Kannur for a reunion. The experience was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding hospitality and support from the resort staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.||The deluxe and suite rooms were well-appointed and perfect for families. The resort also offered an excellent package that included delicious meals, such as dinner and breakfast, which added to our overall satisfaction, large swimming pool .||We highly recommend Kairali Heritage for its excellent service, amenities, and value-for-money experience.

2/5 Stars! I recently had the opportunity to visit Kairali Heritage Inn in Kannur, but unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. Despite its rich heritage and historic charm, the inn's old-fashioned ambiance didn't quite make up for the lack of modern facilities and cleanliness. One of the major letdowns was the convention centre, which surprisingly lacked basic toilet facilities. This was not only inconvenient but also unacceptable for a venue that hosts events and gatherings. The dining area was another area of concern. The ambiance was far from pleasant, and the overall experience was disappointing. The quality of food and service also failed to impress. Given its potential, I had expected more from Kairali Heritage Inn. However, it's clear that the inn requires significant upgrades and improvements to meet the standards of modern hospitality. To truly live up to its heritage and charm, I recommend that the management focuses on: Upgrading facilities, including toilet amenities and cleanliness Enhancing the dining experience with better food quality and ambiance l Incorporating modern comforts while preserving the inn's historic charm Until then, I would caution potential visitors to temper their expectations. Very bad experience. I attended a marriage function with my family on 2025 december. The dinning hall was too small.Only 150 seats. 1500 members were invited in the marriage. So very very rush for lunch. We stood in the queue to dinning hall for almost one and half hour. My father fall down due to tiredness. All people gathered around us.Children started crying. Then he was taken hospital. So I won't recommend anybody to conduct such large functions.

Attended a Betrothal yesterday, a experience i don't want to go through again. Air-conditioning not working properly in this scorching heat and to make things worse guests themselves had to serve the food.. Awful experience

Terrible experience with Kairali heritage resort.. attended a family get together AC not working properly.... Quality and quantity of food is not as per agreement.. inexperienced staff.. totally waist of money... Not suggest hall for any one

I feel very bad and irritating. ACs not functioning. Very poor food quality.... Even in the scorching heat of April, they served food in the open space. The air conditioning in the auditorium was not worked, so that women and children had to go outside the hall......

rooms was ok, spacious room n neat toilets.. location is not at all maintained n is not clean

One of the worst Experience. Rooms are very old and staff service is very pathetic. Need to call them 2-3 times for services. Suit rooms are not valuable for money. Wifi not working. And last but not least they collected 2000 extra for cleaning rooms .NOT RECOMMENDED
