We had a disappointing experience during our stay at this hotel. The reception staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming, which left a bad first impression. The service overall was just average, and the room conditions were also not up to expectations. Definitely not worth the value. Needs serious improvement in customer handling.

Arrival & Check-In The check-in process was smooth and efficient, though there was a slight delay due to a few guests ahead of me. The lobby was clean and well-lit, but the decor felt a little dated, with heavy furniture and neutral tones. Staff at the front desk were courteous and quickly provided me with the key cards after confirming my reservation. There was no welcome drink or extra greeting, but the staff did provide clear instructions on how to get to my room and the hotel amenities. Room The room was adequately sized for a standard double and had basic amenities like a queen-sized bed, a desk with a chair, and a flat-screen TV. The bed was fairly comfortable, with soft linens and pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the room felt somewhat tired, and the furniture showed signs of wear and tear, particularly with some scratches on the wooden surfaces. The carpet, while clean, looked a bit old and could use a refresh. Bathroom The bathroom was standard with a bathtub/shower combo. While the room itself was cleaned daily, the bathroom showed some signs of aging. There was some mold along the corners of the shower tiles, and the grout was discolored in a few places, giving the space a less-than-fresh feel. The water pressure was decent, and hot water was available without much delay. The towels were soft and clean, and replaced every day. While not unpleasant, the bathroom could benefit from a thorough update to improve the overall experience. Restaurant & Dining: The hotel has an on-site restaurant serving a mix of international and local dishes. I had breakfast there each morning, which was a basic buffet with options like scrambled eggs, toast, fruits, and cereals. While it was decent, the variety was somewhat limited compared to other hotels in the same price range. I also dined at the restaurant for dinner once, choosing a grilled chicken dish, which was a little dry and lacked flavor. The overall dining experience felt somewhat average, with limited choices on the menu. Service & Staff Staff were generally friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. When I had a small issue with the air conditioning in my room (it wasn't cooling as expected), a maintenance person was sent to fix it quickly. The front desk staff were polite and answered any questions I had about the area, such as nearby restaurants and transport options. However, I noticed that service could be slow during peak times. For example, during breakfast, staff were sometimes stretched thin, and there were delays in clearing tables or replenishing buffet items. Noise Levels One issue I had with the room was the noise. My room faced the main road, and traffic noise was noticeable, especially in the morning and late at night. While the windows were double-glazed, the soundproofing wasn't enough to block out street noise entirely. Additionally, noise from the hallway could be heard through the door, especially when other guests were passing by. If you're a light sleeper, I would recommend asking for a room on the quieter side of the building. Location The hotel's location is one of its strengths. It's situated within walking distance to a few local shops, cafes, and small markets. Public transport options are also readily available nearby, making it easy to get around the city. If you're visiting for business or leisure, the hotel's proximity to local attractions and transportation hubs is quite convenient. However, for tourists seeking more direct access to major tourist sites, the location might require a bit of extra travel time. Value for Money The price for the stay was somewhat high given the condition of the hotel. While the location was good and the staff were helpful, the room and facilities felt a bit outdated, and some of the amenities were not up to the standard I had expected for the price point. Considering the condition of the room and the limited dining options, the value for money was not as strong as I had hoped.

Good comfortable rooms with well designed bathrooms and the property is located in a prime location making it easy to reach other parts of the city. Getting to it is currently a hassle due to the ongoing road work. Hot water availablity in the mornings is an issue. Staff are mostly helpful except the frontdesk person who is unfit to work in hospitality industry. Overall, the place is not bad.

The rooms was comfortabe and clean, as well as the bathroom. The location was close to nearby to the bus stand and an auto stand which made travel to places very convenient. Bad things are; weak and slow wifi, the shower rarely had hot water, the blankets needs cleaning and the towels need bleach and softener. Apart from that, great value place.

The location is just near the new bus stand in Kasaragod. I stayed in a 1 bed deluxe non AC room. The room amenities were good and sufficient for a short stay of one day for a business travel. We have nice hotels nearby ensuring you have good options and they also offer menus from nearby restaurants for you to order directly. I would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Kasargod.

It's a good hotel in Kasaragod town bus stand. When you travel with family and friends, for business purposes can choose this hotel. It has limited amenities with proper cleaning and good service.

Great location, clean room and nice renovated bathroom. Silent and calm stay. No restaurant still service was good and helpful staffs. Stay was really peaceful

We booked our stay through Agoda but as per the staff they dont do booking through that, they are rude and asked us to wait for 20-25 mins, they are behaving like we are stayjng there for free!! They ruined our experience
