Hotel O Century Park

Dirtiest hotel I have ever been to! Had to stay here as part of work and this place was allotted by the organizers of the event I had to attend. Affordable room rent doesn't mean that the place can be left unhygienic. There was an acrid smell inside the room. The bedsheets and curtains were so dirty and a Cockroach was spotted on the bed! Even the main door and bathroom door bolts were damaged. The patchy walls and cob webs in the verandah can be forgotten among a lot of other serious issues to be addressed. Do some maintenance people! Increase the room rents, but please do proper cleaning of the rooms. Atleast remove the used contraceptive packets before the next guest arrives. Such a filthy place.

Horrible Experience - Do Not Stay Here! This was by far the worst hotel stay I've ever had. The room was in terrible condition--there were holes in the ceiling, and to make matters worse, I could hear rats and other animals running around at night. It was beyond disgusting and completely unacceptable. The bedding was just as bad. The bedsheets and duvet were filthy and looked like they hadn't been washed in ages. Sleeping here was a nightmare. On top of that, the room was completely overrun with mosquitoes--I highly recommend bringing mosquito repellent if you dare to stay here, but honestly, it's not worth it. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. I would never return and strongly advise others to stay far away from this place.

I had a disappointing experience with this hotel. They misrepresented their location as being in Munnar, which was misleading and caused significant inconvenience. To make matters worse, when I raised the issue, they only offered a partial refund, which I find to be unfair and unprofessional. It seems like a deliberate strategy to confuse customers and profit from the situation. Such practices are unethical and erode trust.

The property was not clean. Bedsheet was arranged. No drinking water. Broken toilet seat. No blankets. No breakfast provided though it was charged. The only advantage is the location. It is near the bus stand. And one vegetarian restaurant available in the basement.

Rooms are Average. But the cost is very low compared to others available in kasargode town. At heart of the city. A pure vegetarian hotel is nearby. And 24hrs auto stand. Bus stand also available. I got Ac room for Rs. 1000.

A typical budget lodge. Employees are well behaved. Hot water was not in the room, but was brought in buckets when requested. Be sure to pipe the hot water into the room itself. Travel facilities are freely available. The bus stand is very close. The railway station is 2 km away.
