I recently had the pleasure of staying at Deira City Hotel, and I must say, the service was truly exceptional! From the moment I checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to my every need. The front desk team were efficient and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed to navigate the city. The housekeeping staff kept my room spotless and well-stocked with amenities. But what really impressed me was the concierge team, who went above and beyond to help me plan my itinerary and make reservations at local restaurants.

It was an amazing experience. Rooms were very clean. And the staffs were really good and their services are so good. I'm highly recommending this hotel. Bus station and railway stations are close to the hotel. You won't feel any problem with transportation. They will arrange according to your needs. I'm so happy to stay there. One of the best hotel I've ever seen as a travel guy.

You can easily reach this hotel from Kasarkode railway station via prepaid auto cost around Rs 40 and also bus also available Online checkin in time is 2 pm .eventough it's 1:45 pm they let me us.receptionist was very friendly and check in process was quick and easy We stayed in AC deluxe room and in that room balcony also there where you can view kasarkode city view. All aminities they provided like tv,mineral water,bin,towel,soap ,two chair and table They have 24 hour hot water so no worries related to timing of hot water release Bed and everything was clean and well maintained and they provided 2 chairs and table .where you can relax And room service are there in this Deira city complex first floor they have one restaurant named mugal darbar.if you call on the mobile number listed in menu card they will deliver you food and also this restaurant situated in first floor of complex you can go and have food and even if you are lazy you can order online via Swiggy and fepper.just download this app and they will deliver you so fastly. It's prime location and you can find ksrtc bus stand just 2 minutes walkable and also Indian coffee house etc and magic frames just 1 minute walkable and you can watch movies there Near to this hotel itself you can see government general hospital and lot of medical shops And near to this complex you can find supermarket also And only disadvantage is that most of this shop will be close around 9:30 pm so shop or eat before that and one disadvantage is that when electricity goes it will take 2 minutes to get loaded to generater Hotel employees are so friendly and they will help you for your itinerary . I visited for tour purposes and came via vandebharath with my family and I will recommend to others to You can get auto to railway station infornt of this hotel around Rs 40 and also you can catch private bus to railway station infornt of this hotel And WiFi with minimal speed In Deira city complex itself you can find ladies dress with cheap rates in first floor itself And 24 hour reception and security service are there and parking space also available Near to this hotel you can find government general hospital and lot of medical shops Online checkout is 12 pm and that also smooth and easy and you can stay with family safely

It was a wonderful stay at Kasaragod. It is in the prime location at the heart of Kasaragod. I went to attend a psc exam and it was just 1min walking distance. Near to railway station and bus stand.Rooms were clean. Heater facility available and also an attached balcony. The price was low compared to other hotels and value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms are well cleaned and maintained. Service was friendly, and flexible approach Location is good, but more of the shops were closed by 9:45pm even it's in city center.

They have taken two times room rent from me for extension of small times , I didn't Remember due to busy I paid in advance , no bill issued for both payments saying reception is under maintenance How can they collect money without issuing bill, while calling , not responding properly, unfair trade practice is doing
