City Tower Hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The service was poor, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. We were given a room with a torn bedsheet and worn-out sofa covers. When we requested warm water in the bathroom, we were told to leave the tap running, but despite following that advice multiple times, we still did not receive any warm water. The breakfast offered was tasteless and far from satisfactory. To make matters worse, there was no designated parking space for guests. Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. If you're going to charge such high rates, please improve your services. Based on the price, the value we received was absolutely worthless.

Stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The place is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is polite and helpful. They provide drinking water, soap, shampoo, a dental kit, and towels, but no comb included. Food is available at the in-house restaurant which is same as that from Viceroy restaurant below. The complimentary breakfast had idli, vada, upma, and curry, but no options like eggs, boiled bananas, or sausages. Overall, a good option for this area, and I'd consider staying here again!

I guess it's the best budget hygiene hotel available in the area. Hardly 15-20 min from Railway Station, poised near the Mangalore Highway making it easy for city visitors.

This is a very nice place to stay and dine with parking, Cleanliness is maintained, staff also very friendly. Value for money....

Narrow room..,Unhygenic bad smell bath room. Tasteless worst food.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the arrogance of the staff. From the moment I checked in, I encountered rude and unhelpful behaviour, which made my stay unpleasant. The front desk staff were dismissive and seemed uninterested in assisting with any inquiries or issues. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy was evident throughout my stay. Additionally, any requests for basic services were met with reluctance and a condescending attitude. Despite the hotel's amenities and location, the poor service overshadowed everything else. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hospitable stay. There are plenty of other options where guests are treated with respect and care.

Rooms are maintained clean. AC in working condition. Hot water available. Staff is helpful.. located in the main road of Kasargod town. Complementary breakfast was good.. If you are looking for a stay in Kasargod .. this place is recommended..
