Hotel Bekal Palace

The entrance of hotel is nearby a side road to be entered from main road, which is confusing. Main entrance near main road is Bar! But we've seen people visiting bar at the entrance of hotel too. Good for stay for a day or two and complementary breakfast was also good. Not much variety available for food. Poor service and pathetic response by personnel at the restaurant.

Experienced a real taste of food which we had ordered. Everything was at the best taste, lovely atmosphere of dining hall made us so happy and relaxed while eating, quick services from the staff made us happy. Enjoyed the best time while eating

Fantastic stay at Kasaragod The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable and the amenities. Good service always Good location, Good Staff, neat and clean The location was perfect, close to all major attractions.A truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bekal Fort.

Had a terrible experience. Bed was all bent and uncomfortable, AC did not work, poor water in shower and slow drain out, plug points didn't work and worse main door can be opened with just a shove - serious safety issue. Changed rooms and same problems. Don't even consider this place.

Our stay at Bakel Palace Hotel Uduma, Kasergod was excellent--clean, new, safe, friendly reception, and with delicious food. our hearts filled with memories from this unforgettable journey. It was a happy experience for all eight of us. (4 family). It's highly recommendable for a safe and comfortable stay. One advice: bathroom towels to be cleaned well with more white color and smell. Also A/C should be serviced.

The service staff is friendly, but the location could be better. The food is excellent, especially if you enjoy South Indian cuisine--definitely a place to try. While I haven't stayed in the rooms myself, I've heard they are quite good. Overall, it's a decent place to visit."

I stayed in Delux room. The interior was good and staff where good as well with excellent support. Breakfast was yummy. The concern is no mirror or wash basin outside the bathroom. Also near shower area there is an toilet paper holder which gets wet when we shower so remove toilet paper and keep in wet place before taking ahower
