Hotel Comfort Regency

The rooms were bad and dirty, the rent was very high, the staff was arrogant, never gave the full information about payments

Booked 2 rooms via make my trip and prepayed the full amount. But up on arrival they denied our entry and behaved rudely. Would have given 0 star if possible.

Today afternoon I arrived. Tried to get refresh. But water was not there. Rooms was quiet clean. But services are too bad. Truly not satisfied. They don't have kitchen. All food they bring from out side and taking toomuch time.||Even hand shop are not available in toilet. Towel are old so softness are gone.

I was staying in a double occupancy room. The room is very congested, but felt neat and clean. Satisfiable food not available at the hotel or nearby places. The advantage is that it is located very close to Bus station. The room doesn't get any natural light hence is gloomy.

I had fish roast and chappathi . Both were good not that mind blowing.It is a BAr with alcohol serving. Might be good. I didn't have alcohol ,so not aware of their liquor service.

it's a rated hotel located in Karunagappalli, Kollam. But the services and facilities were not matching with rating. Rooms are pretty good, but the services are worst. It's only one bar nearby, that's why management is giving more importance to the bar customers than overnight guests

It is a bar hotel. Maintenance work is going on. I think the work is going on 24 hours. Because the drilling sound is disturbing continuously throughout night. Rooms are conjusted. Lift is not working. U have to park cars on road side .

A very unkempt and untidy hotel where the staff have no sense of responsibility. They cheat customers by not informing them of the realities of the stay beforehand. For example, they did not inform us about the hotel not having water supply 24*7, and we were without water when urgently needed. They have no idea about customer service and honestly for the price they charge, it is an absolute waste staying here. Take my experience as a lesson and please don't bother with this stupid excuse for a hotel.
