Preethi Residency

I stayed at Preethy Residency for about 2-3 weeks and overall, it was a comfortable experience. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough to accommodate both family and friends. All essential amenities were provided, which made the stay convenient. However, there are a couple of downsides. Parking can be a challenge, as there is only space for one car. The biggest concern was the drinking water -- the tap water was sometimes foul-smelling and unpleasant, which was a major issue during the stay. If they can improve the water quality and expand parking facilities, it would be a much better place to stay. Otherwise, a decent option for short-term stays.

If you are looking for Quiet, Family friendly home to spend your vacation days in a peaceful neighborhood, look no further, this is for you. Very responsible and friendly owner and exceptional services. Close to National highway and many amenities, but cooking will be an ideal choice than looking for nearby restaurants.

The rooms are well maintained. Well equipped kitchen with refrigerator and electric kettle. Washing Machine on the Top balcony. Spacious enough to dry clothes. Beds are big enough. 2 king size and 2 normal. Hot water is challenging only one available out of 4 bedrooms. Slow geyser. Walkable distance from the Highway about 750 meters (less than a km) into the Residencial area which is quite and vacant roads. If you have a vehicle then just 2 minutes distance. At night time walking can be a challenge due to lack of light and silence. It's safe and clean area. It's a best place for people who want to stay near Adlux hospital and Adlux International Convention Centre... Walkable distance. Rickshaw are available too. Those who wish to take a vacation then this location will suit you best and your pockets. I would recommend this place. There is always room for improvements. The care taker is good and understanding. Except, hot water issue and walking distance of 10 minutes from highway., rest everything is Best. Even the price range of 6k per day is good for 4bhk bungalow fully equipped. Very much spacious and well maintained.

We had a great experience at this Airbnb which we spent almost 2 weeks in. The host Saji was extremely hospitable and easy to reach with any questions and concerns. He was communicative before, during, and after our stay. They also upgraded the Internet speed to meet our needs. The 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms were clean and spacious. Two of the rooms had air conditioning but the remote took a little time to figure it out. The kitchen came with plenty of kitchenware and the common area was also big enough for a family of 4. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Angamally.
