I recently stayed at your hotel with my family, including my children, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. During our stay, we encountered unprofessional behavior from one of your staff members, which negatively impacted our overall experience. The manner in which they communicated was not conducive to a welcoming atmosphere, particularly for families. I believe it is essential for all guests to receive courteous and respectful service, and I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future visitors.

Treebo Majestic Retreat is located away from main Varkala Beach at a place called Kappil Beach. I have rated this hotel good because there are various good points in this hotel as well as there are a lot of areas of improvement too. |This is located at another different beach called Kappil beach and it is very beautiful and secluded for privacy with clean waters. There is a backwater which you have to cross to reach the beach. The hotel offers manual boats to cross the backwater and reach the beach but I found the charges quite high for this. You can take your car and travel just 2-3 minutes to reach the other side of the backwater by road. |The rooms are clean and neat but since the location is slightly off city area, you may find some mosquitoes and lizards in the premises. the property is well maintained and looks new. There are various places to click your photographs within the property. |Food - This is a big concern in the hotel as the restaurant closes quite early at night. But you have Zomato and swiggy services delivering to food to this hotel. the complimentary breakfast in the morning is quite limited and average. there are no restrictions on consumption of alcohol. |Overall I will recommend this place for friends and adventurous couples. We stay for 2 days . Rooms are not maintain. food is very bad. Service is slow. Ac was not working properly. For beach access they asking 200 per person for boat bz we cant go beach directly beach is connect via lake

Booking a room at Treebo Majestic Retreat, Varkala, was one of the worst decisions I've ever made. My partner and I were looking forward to a peaceful and private stay, as advertised by the property, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. On the day of our stay, the management decided to host a party in the front yard with loud music and a crowd of 50 to 100 guests. The noise and commotion were unbearable, with guests literally outside our room door, completely destroying any sense of privacy or comfort. It was impossible to relax or even stay in such a disturbed environment. To make matters worse, the next morning at breakfast, I found two long hairs in my omelette. I notified the kitchen staff immediately, but this only added to the overall disappointment. I had initially booked the room for two days, but the situation was so unacceptable that I decided to vacate after the first day. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund for the second day, but the experience overall was a nightmare. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying at this property if you value peace, privacy, or a respectful management team. This place does not live up to the promises it makes.

The receptionist went so far as to shout at me, which is completely unacceptable. They even told us not to return--a shocking attitude toward paying customers.|| 2. Unreasonable Delays During Dinner||After a long day of sightseeing, our guests returned to the property, only to face a delay of over 1 hour and 15 minutes for dinner. This lack of efficiency caused frustration and discomfort for our guests.|| 3. Refusal to Provide Basic Amenities||To make matters worse, when our guests requested tea after dinner, the staff outright refused to serve it. Such refusal of basic hospitality is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's standards.|| 4. Unprofessional Dining Environment||The staff's behavior during meal times was unpleasant and unprofessional. Instead of making our guests feel welcome, they were dismissive and unwilling to communicate properly.|| 5. Embarrassment for Our Company||As a company, we pride ourselves on offering comfortable and enjoyable experiences to our clients. The poor treatment our guests received at Majestic Varkala Treebo was embarrassing and completely unacceptable.||||Final Thoughts||I strongly urge anyone considering this property to avoid it entirely. The lack of respect, poor service, and unprofessional behavior make this hotel an unworthy choice. For those traveling with company guests, staying here could damage your reputation.

We had a wonderful stay at majestic retreat. It is a perfect stay for exploring local area. And the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the comfortable rooms and the delicious food at the restaurant. Breakfast is Kerala style but homely tasty food.

Pros : 1-Good Ambience 2-Peaceful location 3-Polite staff 4-Clean bedsheets 5-Good bathroom fittings Cons : 1-Poor breakfast, same two dishes severed all 4days I stayed. 2-Rooms are not maintained well, main Door and Bathroom door doesn't close properly. 3- Old, stain towels 4- No food option, Restaurant closes at 7:30pm 5-No Hangers to hang clothes.
