Vasco Da Gama Beach Resort and Spa

I had a super comfy stay. I had twin rooms. In 1 room 1 AC was not working properly but was resolved. Breakfast was too good. Really loved the stay. The beach and the beautiful Arabian sea was visible from the balcony. Mesmerizing love to visit again but during winters. It was too hot.

One of the best resort you can find very close to beach.. Awesome... The room and its decoration by the staff amazing. If you are planning a visit to Calicut then you can absolutely choose this resort for your accommodation without any doubt. Very good ambience..... Rooms are very spacious and clean.Staffs are excellent, very professional and helpful. Overall we had an amazing experience.. Highly recommended

Beautiful place to spend 2 days near to the beach. The pool is shallow and suitable for children. Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms need renovation. Service and hospitality is top class. Food is good also. Calm surrounding is a highlight.

no cleanliness in the room. bathroom was also very bad with broken accessories and uncleaned bath space. A/C was not functioning properly. no compliment drinks in the fridge although i selected 1 superior room. staffs were friendly and good behaviour. i will never recommend to anyone anymore.

Property is near the Kappad Beach, location wise its perfect. But the resort is not well maintained. Rooms are spacious but we found that the furnitures are broken, intercom was not working, ac remote, tv remote were not working. Limited food and drinks option were available and there are no other nearby restaurant. Swimming Pool was the worst. i think they were not changing or retreating the water properly. Location Wise 5/5, Food 3/5, Amenities 2/5 , Service 3/5. For a family of 3, they charge me 5k for 1 night without extra bed but with breakfast, which was actually 200 per person. 4k per night not worth it, for 2-3k , we can find excellent properties.

All the rooms are good with big balconies. The air is lively here. Extra mattresses are provided according to the requirement. Water is normal as well as hot in the tap. The staff is very friendly and takes care of your requirements. If you aren't from Kerala then the food might taste a little bit different to you but yes, it does taste good

Even though we booked AC room and AC was not working at all in the room. Just temperature changes but doesn't cool the room at all. Fan was also at full speed or nothing at all. They have not checked at all before giving the room Swimming pool is only 4feet across and not deep for adults to swim. Only kids can swim Food was ok

We stayed at the resort for 4 nights & 3 days. The ambience, food, facilities were pretty good and importantly the staff were really kind & helpful. The place is family friendly, with unlimited access to pool time & beach right across the road.
