Renai Kappad Beach Resort

A quiet and comfortable place to stay with family near Kappad beach. Resort is located to close to beach. Excellent view of beach from balcony of room. But the place doesn't provide the ambience of a resort. Amenities need improvement and maintenance. The doors and and switches are old and needs maintenance. It is surprising to see a Resort owned by Renai group with such low maintenance. The food is delicious and the service is great from the staff.

4-Star Review: Great Stay Near Kappad Beach! Had a fantastic experience at this resort located just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Kappad Beach. The proximity to the beach makes it perfect for enjoying peaceful walks and stunning sunsets. The staff here deserve special mention--very friendly, warm, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. The overall ambiance is relaxing, and it's a great spot for a family outing or a group get-together. That said, there's definitely room for improvement in terms of landscaping, kids' play areas, and some of the infrastructure. A bit more beautification would take this place to the next level and really boost the customer experience. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it to others looking for a beachside retreat. Just giving it 4 stars in hopes they continue to enhance the property further!

I stayed here with my wife for our anniversary, and everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the food was delicious. We especially loved the peaceful ambiance and the beautiful view from our balcony. Highly recommend this place for couples or families looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

Rooms are big and good, apart from the little sea view and a pool, we have nothing to do in this resort. Beach is little far almost 10 mins walk from the room. Not very accessible in nights.

All the current staffs behaved well. It was a good atmosphere. Good food. We had the happiest moments there. We are very happy.

One of the finest stay at kappad. Just next to the main beach. The reception was old. Staff helpful . Rooms are good . Food also good . Try local items and starters with a nice beer. Alcoholic beverages are also available . Has a nice pool .calm and quiet environment with renai hospitality.

The place we visited for a staycation with our family was based purely on the Google reviews. The worst part is that we realized that staying there would be uncomfortable because the person who helped us see the property was so rude. Due to their lack of understanding of hospitality, we promptly left there.

Nice location. Few meters only from the live waves of Arabian sea. A lot of common areas to walk, play , cycle, swim + Indoor games. Nice service. Only limitation observed is the restaurant is in upper floor where no access to wheelchair ( However they managed this with room service ). A good place to spend one or two nights to explore Kappad beach + Kozhikkode in general. We liked it.
