Wonderful property. It was me who arranged for a family trip of 16 members. when we entered the road, it kept on going and i was scared how the property will be and what my family members will say. once we entered the property, it was awesome rooms are too good. Both Family rooms and vip bungalow. well cleaned swimming pool. Campfire, barbecue, play area all were too good. worth for money all enjoyed it was great experience. Especially Front desk manager and other duty staffs were too good with well behavior. wonderful property to enjoy with family.

We had a wonderful time at Cleveland resorts. The location is amazing--surrounded by green hills, fresh air, and beautiful views. It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view from the balcony. Every morning, we woke up to the sound of birds especially peacocks, the area had a large collection of peacocks and cool mountain air--it was so refreshing. The food was tasty. There were also fun things to do like nature walks and evening campfires along with bbq. Gaming, play area, ponds, hill views were really wonderful. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable experience. We would definitely love to come back again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

We stayed at Cleveland Resort, Kanthallur on March 27, 2025, and it was an unforgettable experience. The resort is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by breathtaking scenic views. I have no words to describe how stunning it is! The weather was perfect--cool and refreshing in the evening, and quite chilly at night, making the stay even more special. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The rooms were very clean and hygienic, and the food was delicious. This resort is a perfect place for families and kids. You will find so many beautiful spots for photography. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful and relaxing getaway!

Hi all, we had a peaceful stay at Cleveland Resorts. We had no idea about Kanthalloor and everything planned was based on reviews. The stay at Cleveland was similar and it satisfied our expectations. The service was exceptional and rooms were neat and nothing to complain. Only drawback during the visit was the road to resort was not good. You need a good driving experience. But they were working on laying new tar road, so that should also resolve within a week. My only suggestion is to engage some common DJ or fun kind of activities for all. It will be really a memorable experience for all who are coming. DJ Music + Location + Service + Food = Awesomeness

Property was beyond expectations really good service and friendly staffs. Front desk manager was good. Kids really enjoyed. Morning walks were good... Breakfast was simple and good, .but Dinner was not that great we ordered a lot but it wasn't upto expectations it has to be improved with good chefs .

Our stay at Cleveland Resort was overall a pleasant and memorable experience. As a strict vegetarian, I often feel awkward in places where both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food are served together. However, I really appreciated that the staff made a special effort to serve us separately, which made me feel respected and comfortable. The resort maintains a high level of privacy for its guests, and the rooms and bathrooms were neat and tidy. The garden and surrounding scenic beauty were beautifully maintained, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were very polite, friendly, and always ready to help, which added a warm touch to our stay. The only downside was the road leading to the resort--it felt a bit rough, almost like a trekking path. But once we reached, the calm and quiet environment more than made up for it. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

It is a perfect place to get away from normal day to day life and take a break. The resort has great rooms and kids play area. The view from the resort is awesome. The manager and other helpers were very helpful. The road leading to the resort is very narrow and if you are coming in tempo or minibus then caution is needed. I am giving 4 star because food can be improved. Breakfast was good but dinner can be improved
