OYO Flagship Lulu Home

I had a confirmed booking with OYO at Hotel O Lulu Home, Kanthaloor.But when I arrived with my family, the hotel refused to let us check in, saying there were no rooms -- even though we had a valid reservation. Worse, the person in charge was drunk, rude, and completely unprofessional. We were left on the roadside with our luggage, looking for another hotel in an unfamiliar place -- with no help from the hotel or OYO. This wasn't just poor service -- it felt like a scam. OYO's support was useless and offered no real help. Don't trust this hotel or OYO. They risk your safety and peace of mind. Avoid them at all costs.

When I arrived with my family, the hotel refused our check-in, claiming there were no rooms available -- despite a valid and confirmed reservation. To make matters worse, the person in charge was completely drunk, behaving rudely and abusively, showing zero professionalism or responsibility. We were left on the roadside with luggage, searching for another hotel, in an unfamiliar location -- with no help from the hotel or OYO. This is not just mismanagement -- it's a scam. The hotel took our booking and then refused us at the last moment, putting our safety and comfort at risk. OYO's support was pathetic, with no real-time assistance or accountability. Do NOT trust this hotel or OYO. Don't fall for scams like these. If this is how they treat families with confirmed bookings, imagine what they'd do in worse situations. Stay away from this kind of fraudulent setup -- your money and peace of mind are worth more.

Worst experience with OYO in this hotel. Me along with the family was struggling to find a room in Kanthalloor and finally booked a room via OYO in this hotel and my money was debited. When i reached the hotel, they refused to give me the room by simply saying there is no rooms. I feel that this is not fair because we are trusting these guys and coming to a remote place along with the family after getting a reservation. So please dont trust OYO and this is my second experience with thw.. They only have connection with very local accomodation facilities.

The property manager was very nice.

Very bad experience.i booked online but they will not provided room.Even better the manager and Owner to take a pot and go to begging yourself .No one should go here, its just a waste of money.
