Waves Beach Resort

Literally stone's throw away from the beach. Has two buildings with 4 rooms in the entire property. Very calm and peaceful. No restaurant in the resort but they arrange food at the premises which is good. The owners have another bigger resort with restaurant close by so you can go there for food as well. Undoubtedly this is the best place to stay as you get a private beach and surreal views of sea and sunset from the balconies. Wide lawn as well to sit and bask in the shades of the many palm trees.

We've just spent three days at Waves and would absolutely recommend this exquisite, simple oceanfront property. Seema, Arun and family who own and run the resort are super friendly and helpful, and make guests feel like part of the family. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the three (yes THREE!) home-cooked meals a day are delicious, and the views across the Arabian Sea and the sunsets on the tiny, private beach are priceless. Manager Liju looked after our every need, to the point where he was on deck, unasked, every morning to provide excellent cups of tea in bed!!! We'll be back, like most of the other guests we met who come back every year, and just hope this lovely property and pristine coastline stay unsullied for years to come.

This place is very good and best for the stay near beach the beach is very near to the stay, and its like a private beach no one will be there except us and they also have a gate to the beach which will be locked , they give us the key we can go whenever we want at the night time also, and also the food is amazing the kerala style food we get, and also the rooms are good which is clean and we get every facility there hot water is also availabe, about the location its a bit inside the forest not accesible from the main road that easily because it is near to beach and outside the city, cars and bikes can go easily but the tempo traveler and big vehicles cannot access that place. Overall the place was very good and a nice experience.

We arrived here in the afternoon and the owners came and shaked hands and they were very welcoming. Here you have a private beach where you can go swimming, you just have to be careful with the rocks when water is high. The rooms are very clean, you got towels and soap in your room and wifi is also available. They cook for everyone at the same time, but it's possible to eat also at another time if it is needed. You get real kerala food whitch is very tasty, i liked it a lot. And for drinking, my favorite was the lemon juice they made. I loved it and had a good experience at this resort.

Waves is situated close to several beautiful beaches and made us very welcome. Seema and Arun were excellent hosts and offered plenty of advice and help.||The accommodation is two octagonal buildings comprising separate upstairs and a downstairs rooms each with a shower room attached. They have ceiling fans but no air con, though we managed fine, despite the heat and humidity of late Feb. ||All meals were provided in the price with really tasty vegetarian and fish based dishes. The food was excellent, some of the best we experienced in India, and we were sad to leave at the end of our visit. A bonus is a small beach you can reach direct from the resort where you can swim and watch the crabs scampering up and down the beach!

A really nice place to stay. The rooms are big and comfortable. The 4 rooms are right above a beautiful private beach. Great sunsets.|The family who runs the place is very nice and the food they cook is all real homemade delicious Kerala food.|If we could we'd stay there forever! :-)

This is my 4th time to beautiful Waves. Run by lovely people Seema, her Mum,Arun and Liju. It is a haven of beauty and quietness. 3 excellent beaches, near by backwaters. The food is super delicious and fresh. The rooms airy and large. This is by far the best guest house here and fully recommend it.

Undoubtedly the best place! very humble owner and his family. They hosted us with at most care in all possible aspect. Sea food was delicious, the view of ocean is out standing from the resort. I have stayed in other resorts in Kannur before but "Waves Beach Resort" stands apart. All the best.. keep up the good work!
