Great service. Simple and straightforward. Really clean toilets. (Recently renewed) Okay rooms. One weird quirk: They don't provide blankets or sheets for non-AC rooms. They'll give if you ask for it. So do ask. If it's too hot in a non-AC room, just ask for a cooler. You'll get it for low rates. Overall, good stay. There is an okay breakfast restaurant almost opposite to the hotel.

The room was really good. It was clean and I was welcomed by a very good fragrance. The room even has a mosquito repellent. The staff were very helpful and cooperative. The only catch that I felt was that the bathroom was a bit congested. Otherwise I am perfectly happy. I recommend all to get this room.

Recently i stayed in United Dreams hotel in Kannur. It is basically a tourist home offering clean, decent and comfortable accommodation. The check out time is 24 hours. Though I was initially skeptical about the room quality, looking at the cheap room rent of Rs. 550/- , I was really surprised to discover that room was very clean, neat, comfortable and well maintained. Bath room was neat as well. Room was quite spacious with basic facilities and bed spreads were clean & well maintained. They also offer free WiFi. Friendly service at the reception. The reception people can arrange taxi services, if needed. The only problem is that there is no restaurant to provide tea / coffee and food. The reception will arrange to get it from outside. I preferred to take an auto ( 20 Rs. one way) to the nearby station road for having lunch and dinner. To summarize, this hotel is definitely one of the best options for stay in Kannur, looking at the cheap price of Rs. 550/ .

The place provides decent lodging at great prices. Well located near Passport Seva Kendra and just in minimum charge by auto from Kannur Railway Station. The reception staffs is really helpful. The rooms are spacious with required amenities. The washrooms are clean and in working order. The room service is quick too. All in all worth a place for a stay.

Did a walk-in and got the rooms for reasonable price, but there is no lift and you have to climb 2 floors. Rooms are old but clean, the charging points and switches were worn out. Air conditioning is good. You will need to ask and get towels. Parking for cars will be a problem, we rode motorcycle and parked it in front of hotel building which also has a Bank & ATM in ground floor.

[ ] Helpful and polite staff. I was not feeling good and asked for a Dolo(@10 pm) and they bought it and delivered it to the room. [ ] Clean and well maintained room and bathroom. [ ] Bed sheet was not provided. Bed cover was good. [ ] No lift service. My room was in the 2nd floor and had to carry my luggage. [ ] Intercom not working. [ ] Recommend for solo travelers and backpackers. Best for one night stay.

Neat rooms at first look but bedsheets were not that neat and bathrooms were smelly due to poor ventilation I think. No lift available which made it hard to climb the whole stairs up. Rest everything was ok..provided with ac , tv , cupboards and also the staff will buy food if you don't want to go out. Staff is only the owner and his sons and 2-3 cleaning staffs. Budget friendly . Payyambalam beach park is at walking distance.
