Theeram - Kannur Beach Resort

Worst experience, the whole family was disappointed. First of all it is not a private beach resort, the word resort wont suit the place, also it is not same as shown in the pictures. The place looks like a haunted house, we were misguided and cheated. Not at all suitable for family, the doors are not secure and non of windows were in proper state to protect ourselves from the mosquitoes as the whole house was filled with mosquitoes and the property owner was least bothered about this. Coming to the kitchen, it was so dirty felt like it was not touched for many days, the refrigerator left us stunned looking at it we decided to leave, such a horrible experience. We had booked two rooms and two rooms were separated by a curtain. No proper chairs to sit as all were broken, never ending to describe the place. Please be advised that this place is not at all suitable for family stay. We left the place disappointed and losing the money.

Best budget stay for bachelors and big groups with tasty food. Can have parties at the beach side with fire camp. Mr.Siraj takes care of all the special requests. Good experience over all. I wouldn't recommend for families and couples.

This has been the worst homestay experience I've ever had. The place was incredibly filthy, to the point where we couldn't even sit for a minute. There were no basic amenities like drinking water, and none of the doors had proper locks for safety. The washroom facilities were subpar, there was no hot water, and there were no basic utensils to even drink water from. There weren't any proper chairs to sit on either. The house was infested with mosquitoes and had a terrible, musty odor, with used, dirty clothes hanging all around the place. The photos posted online are completely misleading, and the reviews are fake, most likely written by the host's friends and family with exaggerated ratings.

I had a terrible experience at this so called resort which is not its like a scary haunted house ...! We went there with so much excitement bt after seeing this place we were literally horrified... It is extremely dirty and poorly managed ,No hygiene around the place , no proper basic needs were given...! We ordered for coffee n snacks he literally took for almost 1hour to serve and the taste was really bad! The doors had no lock ,the windows had no net either because of which there were lots of mosquitoes inside ! The reviews and the photos uploaded on site is fake ! I would never recommend this place to anyone !

The place is very superb - very highly recommended. Budget friendly for groups trip. Owner is very friendly and helpful. We can sit in beach and enjoy whole day & night. Private villa. In front of the beach only.

very beautiful location and just by the beach. you can relax and spend the whole day in the coconut groove. The caretaker of the property, Mr. Siraj is a very humble person. he was very friendly and arranged very delicious and authentic dishes for us. The property itself is old and needs a little upkeeping but after we requested Mr. Siraj bit of cleaning we did not mind at all. You may need a little time getting used to this place. its a remote and very isolated beach amist a small village. and its a perfect getaway with family or a small group of friends.

Highly recommended resort and its located at the seaside, with access to a private beach nobody will distrub, awesome place for parties and enjoyment with frienDz. Resort location is awesome we loved it
