Location is the main attraction. In the city centre. Near KSRTC and 2 km to the railway station. The price is a bit high regarding the service. The room was very clean. The bathroom is very neat and clean. No restaurant. No kettle accessories to make coffee or tea. Toiletries are only soap.

We had booked two rooms for four family members. Rooms were good and spacious. Bathroom was also good but totally inside there was a dusty smell (one that you get from a room closed and locked for a few days) Service was good and the behaviour of the host was really nice, they could go get anything that we wanted. The location is caltex itself, you can walk to the Caltex bus stop, get taxi and auto there but there are no neat and clean restaurants nearby in Caltex to have food.

Had stayed there for 1 night and they charged 500rs extra for early check-in..which is not at all worth it for money and don't go by pictures ,AC not in proper condition. Won't recommend to anyone. Disappointed.

The hotel is situated nearby Caltex signal, we stayed here for 2 nights. The room is quite spacious we stayed on the 4th floor. They have provided hotel toiletries. The check in was smooth and room ready by the time we arrived. They have underground parking for 4 car only. The only negative I found they should clean the blankets, bedsheets and pillow covers properly

The location of the hotel is a bit inside but they have covered basement parking so that's fine. The rooms are excellent however the bathroom was stinky. On request they did gave a room freshner so it got better. The service is good. Overall a good hotel in the budget.

Best rooms at this price. Neet and clean, not provided. Towels are old but clean. There is no restaurant but many restaurants within walking distance. No other issues faced.

Neat and spacious room. Fully air-conditioned and provided with heater, hot water etc. Rooms are neatly maintained and near to bus stand. 2.5 km away from railway station. City view from the room is nice.
