Mascot Beach Resort

Good place just opposite to baby beach in kannur . The place is near to the very secure area . The bustling sound of beach waves and a sip of tea will make you feel fully relaxed . The Sadya food and breakfast is amazing one . The dinner is served well . During holiday season the flow of tourists is huge and hence staff are over worked. Apart from the beach at the front of the resort there are other beaches that just 10 mins from the resort . The reception is well kept and staff are cordial . The lift was still under renovation and hence caused a bit of inconvenience otherwise it was a great stay . Mascot made the kannur trip definitely memorable .

We had our wedding at Mascot Beach Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience! The mesmerizing beachside view made for a picture-perfect setting, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our spacious and comfortable room added to the charm of our stay. Everything was well-organized, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Whether for a wedding or a relaxing getaway, Mascot Beach Resort is an amazing choice. Highly recommended!

Disappointing Experience at Mascot Resort We booked a Superior Beach View Room at Mascot Resort through MakeMyTrip, based on the images provided. However, upon arrival, we were given a completely different room that did not match the pictures at all. It looked more like a standard 3-star hotel room, far from what we expected. When we contacted the reception to address the issue, the receptionist (Rishita) was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she insisted that the room was of the same category and price, which we strongly disagreed with. She assured us that she would call back with a resolution, but after waiting for 30 minutes, there was no response. The staff showed no willingness to change our room or even offer an alternative. Only when we firmly insisted did they reluctantly agree, but without offering any apology for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly. It made a loud noise throughout the night, and despite being switched on, the room remained uncomfortably warm, leaving us sweating. Given our initial experience with the staff, we were reluctant to call them again for assistance. Overall, this resort is overpriced and overrated. The service, amenities, and overall experience do not justify the high price. This unpleasant experience completely ruined our mood from the moment we arrived. Extremely disappointed with the false advertising, poor service, and unprofessional behavior of the staff. Definitely would not recommend this place!

The view was wonderful. The balcony was nice too. The staff were quick and courteous. However the rooms were not clean at all. There was a lot of dust on the floor. The blanket and the bedsheet were not clean either. There were no hand napkins or towels either. The room did not meet our expectations. For the premium charges, the service can definitely improve.

This place is beautiful. This location is at a prime location and the hotel has a very nice view of their Arabian Sea from where you can enjoy a nice weather and nice sunset. The rooms and service at the only two things that I think the hotel should improve because the room doesn't look good as per the price that the claim which is around 6500 to 7500 if you are going in a pics season and the quality of service false just remember if you are going at a time when it is the year end or some Christmas or some big ceremony is there then you may not get good room service as they do not have a required number of staffs. Apart from that most of the features of the hotel is really dies the swimming pool is wonderful the quiz in humans try the Malabar specialities of their and one more thing I would like to mention is that the breakfast need some more editions of some more menace but overall I would give this hotel at 3 star but yeah definitely considering the views it is wonderful but considering the room quality it is not at all good because the rooms are not that great but it's a nice place to stay with your family for a very short period of vacation definitely!

Good rooms with a beautiful view of the Arabian sea as the resort is right on the cliff and the beach. Good service, staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Food was good and they provide great room service as well. Cons- room and washroom are old and need some upgrades

Rooms: Delux and below rooms need refurbishing. The washroom accessories and walls and furniture need a makeover and are not worth the price. The premium rooms are comparatively well maintained for the price. Service: Seemed short staffed during rush hours of restaurant but folks are very enthusiastic and polite for help. Location: The most fabulous part of the property is the view (sea facing rooms). Food: Good food and pricing is reasonable. The cafe has great coffee with a good view. Breakfast spread could be better. For a get-together or family stay its a scenic place for good talks and sunset. However, the rooms could be vamped up to match the pricing.

Great location, but poor service and maintenance have ruined the place. We were there only for one night. The TV didn't work. Though it had DTH, they put the blame on service provider. I watched the IPL match on my cell phone. For dinner, the main items in the menu were not available. It was not that hotel was empty, enough rooms were occupied.
