This venue is situated by the beach and is suitable for hosting mid-sized events. Although there is no dedicated parking available, vehicles may be parked along the roadside. Rooms featured a spacious balcony that offered a view of the sea. The location is advantageous as it is adjacent to the beach.

We had a great marriage engagement function at Marmara for my niece ! Very conveniently located at the Payyambalam beach,Marmara turned out as our best choice for the event. I have entrusted the venue, decorations, food and beverages to the Marmara team and they have delivered the best experience to us! The personal care by the management and the team ensured everything in place at its best on the big day. I and my friend stayed at Marmara Beach Resort for 2 days and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was neat and well maintained, the view was gorgeous and the staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast included with our stay was delicious as well. The resort is right across Payyambalam beach and a great choice for a lovely stay.

I attended my friend's daughter's birthday party at Marmara Beach Resort in Payyambalam, and it was an absolute blast! The resort's picturesque beachfront setting, delightful decor, and warm hospitality made the celebration truly special. The party arrangements were impeccable, and the staff ensured that everyone had a wonderful time. The food and cake were delicious! Kudos to Marmara Beach Resort for making the birthday girl's day so memorable! Highly recommended for birthday parties and gatherings.

My son's 1st birthday function was conducted at marmara. It was really good venue and ambience was awesome.. staffs was very supportive throughout.. I would very well suggest marmara for conducting any functions..

Disappointing Return to Marmara Beach House - A Second Visit Gone Wrong Marmara Beach House, this time you broke my heart. On my first visit, I fell in love with your charm and beauty, but this time, it was a completely different story. The hotel feels neglected and worn out. The cleanliness and maintenance are shockingly below par. The bar fridge in my room had fungus. The cupboard interiors were blackened and shabby. Sofa covers were visibly worn, the bed was uncomfortably hard, and the garden, once lush and green, was now a patch of yellow, unkempt grass. What truly ruined the experience, though, were the daily functions hosted on the property. Music blared from 6 PM to 10 AM--an unbearable disturbance right below my room. The worst part? I wasn't informed about this before booking. I came seeking peace, not a sleepless marriage / party marathon. Breakfast was mediocre at best, and the lack of an in-house kitchen adds to the inconvenience. While the view and location are undeniably stunning, and the staff--though just one person--was polite and kind, these positives couldn't make up for the glaring issues. This hotel was once a serene retreat. Now, it feels like a poorly managed venue trying to do too much and failing at it all. For those seeking relaxation and comfort, Marmara Beach House is no longer the haven it used to be. Location and staff: Everything else:
