I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. I faced several issues that made the experience disappointing: 1.During the booking process, I clearly mentioned the type of bed I wanted, but I was given something entirely different. 2.I booked the room based on images that showed it was air-conditioned, but I was given a non-A/C room and had to pay extra to get the correct one. 3.The food provided was of very poor quality. Although Wi-Fi was advertised as a facility, it was not provided during my stay. 4.The services offered and those actually provided were completely different. I strongly disagree with the way this property operates and would not recommend it to others. Please take this feedback seriously and work to improve the services offered to future guests.

The property is poorly maintained. The bathroom wall does not reach the ceiling and is open to the bedroom, which is uncomfortable and unhygienic. However, the outdoor area is excellent. The property is in a remote location and faces the beach, offering beautiful views.

Disappointing Experience Be cautious about the reviews; they seem to be paid or written by friends of the owner. The entire building is poorly maintained, with dust everywhere, rusted iron stairs, non-functional taps, and unclean floors. The fan was extremely slow, and only one towel was provided for the entire family. I initially booked a non-AC room for 1750, but upon entering the room with my family, I realized it was a trap. We had no choicebut to upgrade to an AC room by paying 3000, even though the facilities remained subpar. There is no private beach as claimed; private beaches are not allowed in Kerala. You can only access the beach if you're willing to be hit by big waves, as there is no shore or standing area --just the building view towards sea If you're looking for a place to drink, shout, and party without caring about the facilities, this might work for you but still you cant sleep as fan is extremely slow, but it's definitely not suitable for families. For 3000, you can find far better accommodations in the city or nearby areas. I will never visit this place again--my 4-year-old child was unhappy with the property's poor maintenance. When I tried to complain to the owner, Mansoor, about a tap issue, he wasn't even willing to listen. I have added this comment in booking.com but they havent published it so far.

The property and the location is very good. If the owner gives some attention to maintaining it, it will become a hotspot for tourists. The grandpa who works at this property is very hard working despite his age. Has a stair access to the beach. The food is okayish. Overall I had a good time.

Hidden Gem Location is like your own paradise, access to a quiet beach and the waves are so so fun to play in, big and crazy waves (location IS quite remote) but staff help with tuktuks and organised us going to a Theyyam they offer food but rooms can be fairly hot with just a fan, regardless this place feels very special for a getaway and relax

Location is too far from the city but is very peaceful place rooms need to improve little but overall is excellent , ac rooms are super

Well I am giving them 5 stars because everything they have at this price is just good. Of course the facility needs bit of a renovations but the location, beach view and customer service is just amazing. Especially the host Sunny, he knows exactly how to take care of his guest . Anyways, I really liked my stay. If you are looking for a luxurious stay like a 3-5 star resort then of course this is not the place for you. This is a proper Beachhouse with a private beach, limited dishes but delicious food and satisfactory rooms. Enough to spend couple of days with family and friends.
