The hotel is at walking distance from platform 1 of Kannur railway station. Simple rooms with basic necessities. Clean and hygienic conditions are maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful. No lift..they can provide u instant tea coffee and cold drinks. Solar heater hot water...so hot water throughout the day.

I just wanted to express my gratitude for the fantastic stay at Kannur Residency. From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable service throughout! The room was comfortable. The staff(including manager Vikas) was always ready to assist with a smile. We also loved the delicious breakfast and dinner arranged for us, on request from nearby restaurant. It truly added to the overall experience and made our stay memorable. Thank you for taking care of us and making our stay so memorable! The rooms are clean and hygienic and bathroom is quite spacious and spotless. The hotel staff is polite and courteous and the service is excellent. Proper parking space is available for two-wheelers and four-wheelers. However there is no elevator. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

It was a pleasant stay here overnight. Clean and well maintained rooms , especially washroom.Satisfied with the service.They were hospitable and we had a comfortable stay. If you are searching for a stay in kannur near railway station,this is the best option.Please do visit here .

Had booked this hotel for my stay in kannur in the month of Jan. Finest hospitality and the staff were good. The room was too clean and bathroom was very tidy and the price is reasonable too

A good and clean option to stay in Kannur. About a km from kannur railway station. A good bugdet friendly option too. Restuarant is not available, but you could get tea or coffee on pay. The staff behaviour was also good.

I stayed here for night and it was very good. The place is very great you can visit many places from here in a very short distance. The room was quite and clean and very spacious. Ngl this was the best hotel I have stayed in kannur
