Kamala Prestige Beach Villa

A luxurious beach side resort. The location near the beach is awesome. Restaurant is attached and provides good food. Staff is friendly and quick in service. We both loved the Resort so much. It was a pleasant trip. Both room and bathroom was clean and perfect. We surely will come again. So much of amenities like AC, WIFI, Coffee maker, dining table, daily newspaper, hot / cold water made our stay more comfortable.

Villa is located just 100feet from beach. Entire villa has 4 bedrooms and one common kitchen. I have booked two bedrooms rooms for two nights.|I got one bedroom in ground floor if you have adults who can't climb stairs you can choose this else this room is not at all suggested.|One more bedroom in first floor and that is also not sea facing. While booking make sure that your bedroom should be sea facing. There were only two bedrooms like that.|We had lunch, dinner for two days in nawabz kitchen which is side by.||In villa you won't get drinking water for free every time you need to buy bottles from them.|One full time helper will be there to help us . He really helped us a lot in boiling milk for my kid etc.| |You should carry your own towels, soaps.|Security wise no issues. Couple freindly only but cost wise little expensive than services they were providing.||Manager manoharan is also good guy he will give answers respectfully.||You can park your vehicle inside compound of villa.||Location 5/5|Cleanliness 3/5|Rooms 3/5|AC 3/5|Gysers 3/5|

This was an amazing experience. Just 100 mtrs away from Payyambalam Beach. The rooms are excellent and spacious. This place is perfect not only for a vacation but also for a functions like wedding, birthdays, etc.. They have a good spacious lounge that can accommodate upto 200-250 people. I must say the staff was so well behaved and very very helpful. I don't remember one of the guys name but he was awesome. The rooms on the top have beach facing gallery which makes the morning beautiful. Must stay place for everyone....

Awesome. It is more than a 5 star stay at this Villa. Breathtaking location, If you are going with a group this is the best place to go. Book the entire Villa and spend your time doing whatever you want, The villa has a nice sit out in Veranda for all the fun and play. || We have come back with so fond memories. The entire view Balcony -Garden-Beach-sea... wow... The mornings were beautiful. I came across across this property when I was looking for a good beach side resort in Kannur for some of my friends coming down from Bangalore. They loved it at Kamala Prestige. Rooms are royal and class apart, Beach right opposite to the gate, Great beach view from Bedroom and Friendly Service. So Naturally booked it for my relatives from Pune, when they came down and they loved it too. ||||Going by that I arranged for my younger brothers Wedding and Reception and It was simply fantastic. The staff here were mighty helpful round the clock, they were very much a part of the Celebration and seemed to enjoy helping out Caterers, Decoration Team and Stage Setting Team. After the wedding to all our surprise n delight, we got a Cake delivered from their Management with Congratulatory Wishes. ||||Just cant thank you enough. All my guests and my celebrations will definitely be at Kamala Prestige always.

Kamala prestige beach villa is very awsome villa located in kunnur. Location and view from the villa is quite good. Food offered was of great quality and in good quantity. Staff is frendiley and helpful. Rooms are big and nicely cleaned and well organised.

This is a good place to arrange small functions. There are a total of four air conditioned rooms, two of which are sea facing with glass walls. The one issue is they only allow 3 person per room (they provide extra bed for the third person). So if you have more than 12 people who wants to stay overnight, this place is not for you. Other than this tiny hiccup everything is awesome. Oh, one more thing. They dont provide food. If you get the munchies you could depend on the cafe next door or go to Kannur town. That is before 11pm and after 5am. Otherwise you will not get any food. Keep this in mind.

The 4 bed rooms are spacious and with attached bathrooms. The care taker is very helpful. This Villa is right in front of the beach which makes it very attractive spot.
