Hotel Sky Palace

The first experience is the last experience people say and it cannot be truer in this case. After making prior reservations on the phone with one of their front desk executives we were turned away at 4 in the morning after a grueling bus journey. Why? You ask because the room we apparently booked wasn't available and when asked why he simply answered I don't know and when we asked about their commitment on the phone he simply said the guy who took your booking was here for 2 days and now he's gone and we are not responsible for his actions. Imagine the horror on our faces . The alternative offered was different lower quality rooms at 1.5x price plus demand for double rates for 5 hours early check in. Earlier quoted price of 4k for everything was bumped upto 10k taking full advantage of our hapless situation. The receptionists are rude, doesn't care about customers and are downright fraudulent scam artists who don't keep their words and would scam you if you go them trusting their word. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Very nice hotel near Kannur railway station. Good rooms. Accessible from main road. Ideal for a business stay.

This is one of the best hotels in kannur. Two days before i stayed. Warm welcoming from reception staff. All staffs behaviour good. Breakfast was good. Lot of variety items.in morning breakfast non veg added thats bit surprised. Chicken curry i like chicken curry with puttu. Its so tasty. Rooms are also good. Thali meals is good with affordable rate. Overall superb. I will visit again

Nice stay. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Room was neat and cleaned. Restaurant food was awesome. Especially prawns tawa fry.

This is the hotel that they did not even accept a scratch on the car that was parked in the parking lot of their hotel. They say that they have nothing to do with it, they say that they do not know the scratch for the car that was parked in their own parking... I will not suggest this hotel to anyone..

Great experience staying in this hotel .Excellent location .Very near and walking instance to shopping area .The hotel provide complimenty breakfast was also very good and staff service are excellent. Thank you very much .Will be back

Great value for money right in the city ,hotel itself was very. Clean welcoming staff and nice entrance .Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day.would definitely stay again!
