Expansive hotel with ample rooms, it has a good restaurant. Room is spacious but the gadgets are bit old. Breakfast spread was very good. Reception was good. Walkable distance to Railway station and shopping. Hot water was available. Parking facility was there

It was a great experience visiting and staying in rainbow suits for 3 days. We had a very good treatment from the management team and Vyshak the manager at the front desk. The food from their hotel was also very delicious and flavourful, special thanks to their chef who prepared kabbab platter and alfam Mandhi. We will definitely check in next time too..

They don't have more than one charging point in deluxe AC room, literally!!! ||The bathroom s are smelly. They have a mug and bucket in bathroom. Dharamsala style!!! ||Only one soap per family authorised as a part of toiletries to wash your hands or ass or both!!! ||Book this hotel and ruin your vacation.

Please don, t let any taxi drivers take a rooms here. There is no facility for drivers to take a rest or even to take a bath or washroom. The guest we bring doesn, t know this the people of this hotel see the drivers with a different eye

Quite decent rooms, very helpful staff, location is also good, very near to the railway station, parking is available, but you really need to work on overall maintenance! Lift wasn't working properly, the room as well as bathroom locks need to be replaced. Food is average!

Hotel Rainbow suites is few meters opposite to Kannur Railway station. Good and spacious rooms. Booked 3 rooms of which one room is bad(305) with damaged walls and holes inside the ceiling of the bathroom. Expecting those can be rectified in future.Two other rooms are good. Toiletries(one soap, one brush, one small toothpaste, one shampoo and one moisturiser and two bath towels)are provided here. It can be considered 2 for a room. Bathroom door fittings seem loose. Plenty of mosquitoes for which a mosquito liquidator can be provided in addition. There is a complimentary buffet breakfast for the guests who booked rooms here. Timing is 8am to 10am. This is good for guests who come as family. Enjoyed the stay here. Free wifi available

Disappointing Stay Despite Convenient Location I recently stayed at this establishment (last week) and appreciated its proximity to the railway station (just 3-minute walk). However, the room's condition didn't meet my expectations. Specific issues: - AC remote batteries need replacement. - Toilet requires urgent attention: - Stagnation of wastewater must be addressed. - Toilet seat hinges are loose. Considering the price, I expected better maintenance and amenities. While the location is ideal, the room's condition fell short. Already mentioned the issues with front office.
