Hotel Blue Nile

1. Great Location and rooms decent size and well equipped 2. Poor customer service ; kitchen seems understaffed ; eternal shortage of breakfast ; unable to manage even half capacity at the restaurant ordered room service / plate of curd rice at 9.30 ; got it at 12 mid night after atleast 10 calls /reminders 3. Rest rooms: Had to call in a plumber twice to fix -once to get the hot water flowing and once more to get the regular water along with hot water !!! Toilet seat was broken ; not fixed despite formal complaints Lack of professional managers at the property .. Only thing noticeable was the promptness in seekingcheck out timings and preparing bill / charging premium rates ( over priced )

One of the regretting star hotel in kannur, too much expensive room, but its not species for two person, service very bad may be take more than 3hrs for food in room, and the staff in front office was were rude if we are asking discount. Thank you so much

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it disappointing given the price. The complimentary breakfast was subpar, lacking variety and quality. Additionally, the staff, including security, displayed a negative attitude, which detracted from the overall experience. While the room was small, it was neat and clean, which was a plus. However, the lack of hospitality and the mediocre amenities made it hard to justify the cost. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

It's a prime location. Quality food with ample parking space. Electric charging point will truly help.

Excellent stay with great food quality . The emotions are new and spacious. The front office Mr Subhash was very polite and helpful.I would again come and stay in Blue Nile next time .Special mention for the special Suite where God of footfall Mardona stayed

We recently organized a program at Blue Nile , and it was an excellent experience! The arrangements were impeccable, the staff was professional and attentive, and the ambiance was perfect for our event. The food was delicious, and the services exceeded our expectations. A big thanks to the team for making our program successfully& especially included Mr Nidhin sir. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-organized venue for their events!

We (group of 6 pax) had a pleasant experience experience staying here. Rooms are comfy, breakfast at in house restaurant, Copper Chimney was good and room service delivered promptly. Above all Vipin at reception counter was very courteous and helpful.

We went to have dinner with family. We ordered kerala parota, butter chicken, tandoori chicken, chicken biriyani, singapore chicken fried rice. Parota, Butter chicken and tandoori chicken were too good. Singapore fried rice was different and can be tried to experience new flavour. Overall the food and ambience was good. The staffs were very kind and professional.
